Le restaurant sert le déjeuner, le dîner, le souper, ainsi que le brunch en fin de semaine. Il assure aussi le service d'étage et de traiteur pour l'hôtel. Après avoir subi une complète transformation, le nouveau grand bar en forme de L vous servira des cocktails artisanaux créatifs, accompagnés par des collations et des petites assiettes innovantes. Des desserts somptueux aux saveurs uniques ponctueront une expérience culinaire incomparable qui attire aussi bien les visiteurs que les résidents dans ce nouvel endroit à la mode. Le MKT Restaurant-Bar possède 3 salles à manger et de réception privées : Fenêtre, Vue et Salon Privé (PD3). La salle Fenêtres présente une superficie de 36 m² et peut accueillir 20 personnes assises et 40 en réception. La salle Vue présente une superficie de 13 m² et peut accueillir 8 personnes assises. Le PD3 a une superficie de 65 m² et peut accueillir 20 personnes assises et 50 en réception.

Had customers for lunch and the whole experience was excellent in every aspect. I would recommend this strongly for anyone on a business lunch or someone who wants an upscale lunch executed to near perfection.

Fantastic meal- waitstaff was knowledgeable about the menu, able to suggest wine pairings and allowed us a taste to help decide. The meal was paced perfectly- appetizers with our cocktails, wine poured to breathe and salad held until we finished apps and drinks. Not just a meal, rather a fine dining event. Can’t wait to come back!

Our waitress was absolutely fabulous. We didn’t have room for dessert, but she brought us a few little tasting items and wrap them up to go. She was very knowledgeable about the food and the wine and we loved our experience.

Excellent experience. Food and service were top notch. We had breakfast and dinner here. We enjoyed both. Had a variety of dishes. We feel like you can’t go wrong. Suggestions were given to us about food and drinks and all worked out so well.

Interesting variety of starters and main courses in a modern space. Service was spotty and we were surprised that the team missed the little things-like serving stale bread. Overall a good experience that could be great with refinement.

At a venue like this you expect to get high quality food but that was not the case at lunch earlier this week. My wife had the quinoa bowl, and it was just not very good. I had the impossible burger and it turned out it was impossible to eat ;-(. Whatever dressings they put on the bun made it inedible. By the time I took off the onions, velveeta cheese and pickles all that was left was an untasty piece of impossible burger. Our guest had the fish and he gave it a thumbs down. All in all, very disappointing and we will not be back unless/until they change the menu and chef.

You usually don't think of a hotel restaurant as a great dining experience but MKT is the exception. My husband and I really didn't want to walk to dinner in the middle of a big storm, so we booked at the Four Seasons where we were staying. We didn't regret it. The food was very sophisticated and the service was attentive and friendly. And the cocktails were amazing. We lingered at the table much longer than we expected and had a really wonderful experience.

It’s a nice restaurant. Service is good but the value of the meal is not there. The halibut was cooked well but the chef over salted the sauce on top. The chicken and the lamb were okay. The desserts are not worth it. We should have had coffee and ended the evening.
