Milton est un restaurant au cœur d’une ferme vieille de 150 ans magnifiquement rénovée et qui présente toujours un grand nombre de ses caractéristiques originales, située au coeur de la zone Crabapple de Milton, en Géorgie, une banlieue d'Atlanta. Le chef exécutif Dollar Derek sert une « nouvelle cuisine » du sud qui utilise des ingrédients frais locaux pour créer des plats d'inspiration régionale avec des saveurs audacieuses qui sont artistiquement présentées dans une ambiance détendue et amicale. We went for Mother’s Day. The meal we had was excellent. We were especially impressed by the crab bisque. Very yummy. The service was outstanding and as the weather was great, we enjoyed the outdoor dining. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely table for 6 on the patio and were lucky enough to have shade and temps in the low 70’s. Waiter was very friendly and attentive.

Milton’s is classic elevated Southern cuisine. Have dined here many times, but this was the first time outside in the beautiful patio area. Service is always excellent. Some menu highlights: the shrimp fritters are excellent, as are the fried green tomatoes. Highly recommend the salmon, shrimp and grits, fried chicken, and the crab cakes. The carrot cake is amazing. If you’re looking for a pleasant dining experience with exceptional food, Milton’s is the place!

Our visit to Milton’s was not up to our expectations. We have been going to Milton’s for many years (pre renovations) but on this visit we had the worst service I have had at a restaurant. Our server paid little attention to us to the point we had to get up from the table to ask other servers for a glass of wine and more water. We will be back since I like the restaurant but I will specifically ask who my server will be and to not be seated in this person’s section. She was very loud, gruff and not interested in us enjoying our meal.

With the weather being beautiful we wanted to enjoy the outdoors as well as the delicious salmon. Additionally we had the last piece of the chocolate peanut butter cake….No dinner tonight!

We asked to eat outside as it was a perfect day. Unfortunately, our table, as were most, were in total direct sunlight. The umbrellas were all fixed and not able to be moved to mitigate the sun. The glare was severe and made conversation across the table uncomfortable. I'm sure that Milton's would have moved us inside, had we requested, but the weather was so nice we tried to enjoy it as much as we could.

Food was very average. I received the wrong drink and had to wait a long time to get it replaced. Not the higher end experience I paid for.

Bar and Wait Staff very friendly and accommodating. Allowed time between meal courses to relax. Both of us had steaks which were well prepared to our taste along with the balance of meal. Pouring down rain and the valet was very helpful in getting the car and assisting us getting in to stay dry. Overall great experience for the first time we have visited, we will come back.

The good was just okay...especially for the price. Mine had to be sent back as it wasn't hot. They did give me a completely new plate and our server was perfect. I wish they had more salad options. A Caesar and iceberg option are too similar. They really should consider a green house salad of some type.
