Et au Poor Calvin's, c'est l'est qui rencontre le sud. Ce restaurant créatif et innovant vous servira des plats que vous n'aurez probablement jamais goûté à Atlanta. Après avoir travaillé dans les cuisines du monde entier, Calvin Phan a voulu faire un peu bouger les choses. Et c'est ainsi que les épices thaï ont été introduites dans le mac'n cheese. Calvin apporte aux ingrédients du sud, notamment au loup de mer et au poulet frit, une touche d'inspiration asiatique créative (et aussi quelques épices). Pour nous, un classique mac'n cheese ne pouvait pas être meilleur, puis nous avons testé la drôle de suggestion de Calvin de ce classique démodé, agrémenté de morceaux de homard et d'une pincée d'épices thaï.
