Terrible service once again!! This will be our LAST time going though-we have learned our lesson now. Too many other places in the neighborhood to have dinner before the Stars and Mavs games. I didn't think the service could get any worse, but Belinda said, "Hold my beer!" and proved us wrong!!! If you are looking for good service and good food, then this isn't the place for you!

Queso was cold. Had to send it back and then it came with the garnish we had asked for it not to have. Never got plates or silverware from our server so just took them from a neighboring table so we were able to eat. This was at 4:30 in the afternoon so it can't be blamed on being busy. We come here regularly and this is not the norm so very disappointed. Hopefully next time will be better!

Me and my family love coming here when visiting Dallas to have some authentic Mexican food! The ceviche and mole are always delicious.

Great service, but parking is expensive. They need to have a better parking system. 50 bucks to park for dinner that’s excessive.

Still my favorite resturaunt after all these years, the food remains consistently outstanding and the servers are so nice and caring. Five stars, I highly recommend!!!

The food and cocktails were excellent as always. Norma our server was so professional and friendly. She took great care of us. The service was fast but we were not rushed at all. Love this place.

A traffic accident caused us to run 15 minutes late to our reservation. We called to let them know. They were gracious and extended the courtesy time a little longer. Our server was friendly and efficient. She immediately greeted us and said she would be back with waters. We ordered our drinks. When she brought the drinks we ordered our food choices. The food came out quickly. The flavors were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and time at Meso Maya.

Diana was a sweet and engaging waitress. Very attentive to our needs, and contributed to a fun evening. Food was delicious as were the various margaritas at the table. Highly recommend.

Server had no interest in attentiveness or speed. Guacamole was brought and the chip bowl was empty. The helper who delivered was asked to bring chips but didn’t. Had to go find waiter near kitchen to ask for chips. Been before with better service. I won’t however return if going to a hockey game like we were this time. Should have been a much faster meal but even asking for waiter multiple times to bring refreshes and the bill he just never seemed able to move fast.

The pozole verde was delicious! Best in town. Service was five star. Food runner, Mario, was - again - a highlight. I truly appreciate this restaurant always going the extra mile for its patrons.

Our party of 6 had a really good experience. Chicken tacos, Cochinita pibil, shrimp a la diablo, salmon dishes were all really good. One note is that the margaritas are too sugary for my taste; fruity is fine, sugary not so much. Friendly and attentive service is a plus!

Great spot! We ate outside on the patio, which was really pleasant. The food was great. I had the beet salad with shrimp, another in the party had salmon and the third had a sliced steak dish (I can’t recall what the 4th had). Alice was our server, and she was attentive and helpful. None of us had been there before, but all would definitely go back!

Great spot for a comfortable dinner with friends or a date. It was busy but the staff was super attentive and friendly. We had the quac and some quesadillas, which were good. The sauce is hot! But good.

This restaurant is becoming a weekly staple for me! Love it! As usual, manager Fernando came to my table to check on me and ensure all was well. It was! I ordered the chicken tostaditas and they were superb. A young man from Honduras brought my chips/salsa and was so friendly, Food runner Mario took great care of me, as he always does. Finally, my female server was excellent, but I did not remember to ask her name. She is from Tamaulipas, Mexico, if that helps. Thank you ALL for making my experience a GREAT one.

The service was excellent! Our server, Jackie was very friendly, attentive, and was very knowledgeable about the menu. The avocado margarita was delicious. The food was great. The only complaint was how loud it was in the restaurant. My friend and I practically had to yell at each other all evening over the music.

Great place to grab dinner and a drink before heading to an event at House of Blues. They were quick to seat us (with reservation), and prompt to take our order and bring out our food and drinks. I had the chicken pozole verde bowl, and it was amazing. My husband had the enchiladas de mole and said they were good. We also ordered the flan de queso. It was good just not as good as the flan my dad use to make with brandy. Very nicely decorated and beautiful food presentation.

Service was great. Sat on the patio and the ambiance was excellent - nicely lit and comfortable over-all. The food came very quickly - the best thing was the chips/salsa and the guacamole. My mole enchiladas while prepared well was just average and was served warm - not hot. The high ratings attracted me, the result while satisfactory, did not warrant the rating IMO.

I cannot say enough good things about Meso Maya! We had a large group, like 92 people large. We were in town for a cheer competition and had dined here prior. They were SO amazing and so accommodating . Our server was the absolute best and all the staff was! We all sat out on the patio and it was so good!! The service, the food, it was all perfect! We will definitely be going back next time in Dallas!!

While the restaurant did a great job trying to accommodate our very large party.. I ordered Salmon De Coco. I was served salmon that was raw on the inside. Raw. And the rice was cold. I sent it back for a new one. ALSO was raw. It was not medium like they intended By the time my third meal came we were going to be leaving soon so I had to take it to go. Two people at my table of 8 also either didn’t receive food or had to get it to go. I appreciate their efforts (they seemed very understaffed) to serve such a big party, though. And the staff was very apologetic and did end up comping me for my food.

Not busy. Terribly slow service. Food has gone down over the years. Decided to try after again after our December trip in case it was a fluke. Shrimp tacos. Shrimp was dry and hard like it sat on the heat lamp for a while.

Absolutely one of the best places to dine in. Authentic food does not have to be ridiculously expensive. Simplicity is extravagant. Our waiter was absolutely one of the best experience waiters I have had the pleasure of dining with. Very attentive to my mother, very attentive to the language that was needed for my mom. Overall a great dining experience.

Amazing food as always. Only complaint this visit was that it was almost too fast!😂 we were out by 7 and almost felt rushed a little bit. Would’ve had a couple more drinks and dessert!

Nice pregame meal. Food was tasty. Excellent chips & salsa. Only quibble is the quesadilla was small especially relative the description & price.

This is a must visit place if you're going to be in Downtown Dallas. Outstanding food, drink and service make it the one place we always go when we're there from out of town.

Our food was delicious, and our server was kind and attentive. The only small drawback is that it’s loud in the restaurant. We’ve been several times and for sure will be back. Meso Maya never disappoints.
