First time dining at Meritage, but certainly not the last. We were there to celebrate a Birthday & Mothers Day combined. Our server was the absolute best! The food was delicious all around. We have already made plans for a return dining visit.

My mom suggested we visit a restaurant we had never been to for Mother's Day - we were so pleased with Meritage! Excellent food. Great plating. We will certainly be back.

Service is excellent and the building is very open and inviting. All of our entrees were delicious. Seafood is their specialty and the scallops and shrimp we had were top notch. The chicken wrap is a good option for a "smaller" plate. Sides are really good and not an afterthought. Sweet potato fries have the perfect balance of sweet and crunchy. The white rice is yummy and the grilled carrots were tasty.

We had a wonderful time. Sat upstairs in the bar, amazing service, wonderful food and enjoyed the entertainment. Great value for the price and a memorable ambiance.

I’ve always loved coming to the Meritage. But this visit was disappointing. Our server was wonderful. The food wasn’t what we’ve experienced before. I had the GarlicShrimp pesto pasta dish. I asked if they could leave out the garlic and our server said they could. When it arrived it was so garlicky that I could barely eat the shrimp. My husband’s monk fish special of the day dish was very dry. Maybe they were having an off night. I’d be willing to give it another try.

Food was good. We had the Tuesday Seafood special which is a great value for three courses. Our server Ryland was great. I am guessing the kitchen was slammed because food delivery was slower than usual.

We truly enjoyed our dinner yesterday at the Meritage. Everyone selected the Thai glazed salmon from the Tuesday 3 course offering. The food was delicious and the service provided by Rylan, our server was truly exceptional. We highly recommend this restaurant, which is now our most favorite place to dine.

Good selection of food and great cocktails. Service was excellent. We took our time with dinner. Didn’t feel rushed. Will definitely be back. Outdoor patio is also nice when weather gets warmer.

Wonderful dining experience. Had the Sunday 3 course special which was plenty of food and delicious. Our server (Sam) was great...there when we needed her and had some great recommendations. Try the burnt orange old fashioned - delicious. Can't wait to go back.

Beautiful village historical home with upstairs and outdoor seating, & elevator. Food and service were excellent. We were able to make reservations while visiting an event for the weekend.

Elegant, pricey, friendly and delicous. We were put in a room right next to a huge table of 16. Instead of asking if we preferred something else, she left us to the noise and constant loud talking of the table of friends. Nothing wrong with the other guests, i just think that the hostess should have offered us another table so we could actually hear each other speak during our dinner.

Stuffed mushrooms will be something I dream about at night. Hubby has the new York strip with demi glaze and licked the plate clean practically. I have the filet with Cajun goat cheese crust and lobster tail- out of this world flavor. We will be back.

The bar was a much nicer experience than the main dining room. The main dining room seems a bit "cafeteria" style, which is perfectly fine, but the bar upstairs was quaint and more upscale feeling (relative to the menu prices). The food was very good and the service was excellent. There was even a guitarist playing in the bar for some nice ambient music.

Great experience again at the Meritage! The entire experience was amazing! Julie H service went above and beyond. Can’t wait to go back for another great experience!!! This is now our favorite restaurant that checks off all the boxes for us!!

Delicious food, great service. My husband loves filet mignon and is very picky…he said it was good. Chicken diabolical pasta very good and wedge salad the best.

We had the salmon and the fish tacos, both of which were delicious! For dessert, we shared the crème brûlée… also delicious. We had Steven as our server and he was helpful with recommendations, fast, friendly and attentive. We will definitely return !

Service was fantastic. The food was to die for the prime rib was perfectly prepared. The appetizers were on point, calamari and mussels. Definitely a dinning experience to repeat.

I love Meritage. However, the one thing that needs addressed are the chairs in the main dining room. They are awful and uncomfortable. The stuffing is all gone from them and the seats are sunken !!

A friend and I enjoyed a very peaceful dinner here and both enjoyed our steaks fully! Our server was fantastic and catered to our every need without having to ask for a single thing. I have an onion allergy, and she was very attentive and thorough, even asking the chef if any of the sauces, sides, or toppings contained onions - above and beyond, all because I asked for no onion straws due to my allergy! I've already recommended this gem to friends and family and hope to stop back by any time I'm in the area.

The main dining venue is quaint and where we had our meal. The live music upstairs in the bar and dining room is a treat but is a bit loud if you’re trying to have a conversation. The food is very good with a variety of lighter and heavier fare. The service was excellent. The parking can be a challenge because of other businesses that share the parking lot. Be prepared to possibly have to walk across the railroad tracks for overflow parking.

This place will not disappoint. Maybe the best sweet potato fries that I have ever had. Don’t skip on dessert, they have minis.
