We also offer exclusive private dining; perfect for business meetings, gatherings, or cocktail hours. The Mercury Underground has it's own bar and can host from 20 to 100 people comfortably.

This was our third time going to the Mercury Chophouse and every visit has been great. Our server the last two times has been Mike, he has been there I think since at least 2001. He is one of the best best in the business. We’ve been extremely well cared for during our visits. The food is exceptionally good and consistent. We have been too many high restaurants, and the food quality here has been above the others.

Mercury Chophouse is in a nice location. We were going to Bass Hall after dinner and this was an easy walk. My seabass was delicious. My husband was not impressed with his short ribs. Our Brussel sprouts were not to our liking. They were very charred black and oily. The restaurant had an odd smell upon entry. That alone was a disappointment. However, the waitress was good and provided all of our needs.

Service was amazing!! What we ordered was great. Waiter actually suggested a dish and it was amazing. Good strong mixed drinks. Could get pricey but it’s expected!

This place did not disappoint! By far the best steak I have ever had. All the sides were prepared to perfection. The staff was so nice! We will definitely be back!
