Rally enjoyed our desserts we had. That being said nothing grosses me out than dirty bathrooms. The sink where I wanted to wash my hands was filled with dirty water. Our milkshakes were fantastic. The service was also great. Hope next time the bathrooms are tidy.

Overall it was a memorable experience. The food was delicious: the hot chocolate was extraordinary; the Mac and cheese with bacon was decent but it needed some more seasoning; the pancakes with pecans, different syrups, including white chocolate and a side of bacon and eggs tantalized my tastebuds. I can’t wait to return.

Max Brenner is a sweet cafe vibe, covered in chocolate. We had Charles as our server, who was amazing and fun. He is an expert on every dish and so nice and happy. We loved our savory lunch and the cookie skillet with chips and ice cream. Definitely recommend.

The food was so good! I had the Spicy Rigatoni Vodka with a Shaken Chocolate Milk and shared the Baked Cookie Dream for dessert. The pasta was one of the best I have ever tasted and the drink was like an absolutely delicious frozen hot chocolate. The dessert was wonderful as well and the presentation of the food and drinks were well done. Our waitress and servers were friendly and very attentive. It has been quite awhile since I had been to a Max Brenner and I can’t wait to go back!

Isaac our server was super attentive and helpful. The food was delicious and plentiful. Seating was a bit too cramped and it was noisy but that will not stop us from returning.

We went there for lunch and the food was tasty and the desserts were what you would expect. George, our server, was fabulous and very friendly. But the atmosphere of this place kills the whole experience. It’s very tired and very beat up and very Dirty and really needs a 100% makeover.

Very casual dining. I guess I didn’t realize it was this casual when I picked it as a birthday dinner spot. Positives: the service and the dessert. The Classic European fondue was awesome and my daughter loved it. Not so great: The rest of the food was just okay and a bit too expensive in my opinion for the quality. The music was also pretty loud and was like clubbing music which seemed out of place for the setting. I would say, go for the dessert but maybe skip the dinner and go at lunch unless you are looking for a very casual place.

The place was very smoky, I am unsure if they burnt something or what, but it was strong smell and fog which irritated our eyes and throat. Additionally, we asked to switch bananas with strawberries and still got bananas....

Wow…what a disappointment. We previously dined here and enjoyed the food. This time, not so much. The food was just ick. Service was incredibly poor - drinks were not kept filled and server was not attentive. One person in my party went to the restroom and watched an employee walk out of the restroom WITHOUT washing their hands and go into the kitchen. As expensive as this was, I expected better. I would definitely skip this on my next trip.

My waiter brought me the receipt before I finished eating and my reservation is for 90 minutes. I had to finish eating quickly because I felt like I already had to leave this place, since I received the receipt like 20 minutes before my reservation ended. When I arrived at the place they placed me at a table for two since that's how I reserved it and I was accompanied by my friend. BEFORE I ordered my food and drink my waiter told me that I had to sit in the individual chairs if I was just going to order something to drink. which seemed disrespectful to me. I went mainly to try the Italian Chocolate, which by far is the best in the place as I hear from TikTok reviews. They didn't have this type of chocolate. I really liked the food, it is quality food and tasted good. I ordered a classic chocolate but it needed to be mixed, since a lot chocolate was at the end of the cup. I liked the music. Overal 2/5

Food and cappuccino was amazing. The salmon, lemon chicken, Mac and cheese everything tasted amazing. Would not really rec desserts. Service really fast as well .
