Realizing a lifelong dream, Curtis opened his first solo restaurant, Maude, in February 2014. We are so proud to be celebrating 10 years of tasting menus with Beverly Hills!

Affectionately named after his late paternal grandmother, the restaurant pays homage to Maude, Curtis’ first culinary mentor whose sensibilities are resonant throughout the restaurant experience.

The menu is a set, nine-plus-course chef’s tasting menu that focuses on California local and sustainable cuisine. Maude’s “menu-less” format and intimate 21-seat dining room with open-kitchen chef’s counter invites guests to put their trust into the hands of the chef, and allows for a strikingly detailed, personal, and attentive experience.

Each week for the rest of the year, we'll invite one table of 2 guests for our Michelin-starred experience for just $10 each. Our focus has always been on seasonality, featuring ingredients that highlight the farmers and producers bringing each dish to life. June tables will be available for booking on June 1! As is customary, our specially curated wine pairings will be available at an additional cost. You may only be the recipient of this promotion once. As the hospitality industry finds itself in a delicate place, we extend our gratitude to those who have been instrumental in helping us reach this incredible milestone. We look forward to cooking for you.

Amazing service, amazing food! Loved sitting at the counter and interacting with the chefs. Even got to try fresh wasabi the chef was grinding up!

Extraordinary. Like walking through the NY Modern Museum of Art. Each artwork (dish) brought on a different range of reactions (flavors) that you savored until moving onto the next. It’s a Michelin-starred restaurant for a reason.

Incredible experience - I was able to get the $10 Michelin menu in celebration of their 10th anniversary, and it was absolutely a unique experience like no other!! Every dish had incredible flavors and textures that were so fun to try out! The multiple courses took about three hours to complete and they also finish you out by bringing you up to a separate dessert room! I loved everything about the lovely evening and dinner!

Amazing food, lot of food hahaha and great pairing... I love it BUT.. me and my partner got sick all night after the meal... and for few days... So not fun the night after the dinner (we did not have food or drink after that experience). So yes great time, great food, great service but a bit off on the reason why I guess som ingredients turned us down :(

Maude surpassed tremendously high expectations. Each course was a culinary masterpiece, meticulously conceived and constructed. Their wine pairings were exquisite, elevating the specific flavours of each dish to even higher levels. The staff was excited to engage and share the history of each course and wine, beaming with friendly pride. The decor itself was an experience and I even had to ask for the playlist when leaving. The shift of location for the dessert was an innovative concept that kept the night’s feelings of awe alive. Love, love, loved it!

Remarkable dining experience. Our menu ended up focusing primarily on seafood. Each plate was excellent and it truly felt like a special meal we wouldn't forget.
