Excellent food with good service. A little noisy but expected on Friday nights. It took a little extra time to get our meal also but again expected on a busy Friday evening. This is my favorite restaurant in Lafayette for Italian food

Be careful when adding shrimp and or crab to a salad. It’s an additional $20 for each item to the $15 salad.

Delightful dinner for 2. The scallops and risotto was excellent! Our waiter Joey even asked my husband if he wanted the tails taken off of his shrimp, which is exactly how he likes it!! The wine selection he suggested was also nice! We are never disappointed at Marcello’s!!!

Always an excellent meal in a nice environment. Great service. Our go to place when we travel to Lafayette. The mussels in tomato sauce are my favorite. Veal Molli is my second choice. But I have never had anything there that was not awesome.

Delicious as always! We went with 5 adults and our 2 year old grandson and the food is consistently good. The 2 year old really enjoyed the fried mozzarella, asparagus, shrimp pecate and the lasagna!

Marcello’s is our favorite Lafayette restaurant for special occasions. We had a wonderful birthday dinner at a table for two near the bar. Our server was knowledgeable and always available when we needed him. The bartender even came to our table to offer suggestions, which were spot on. Our drinks, apps, salads, entrees, and desserts were all flavorful and attractive. Highly recommended!

The food was absolutely outstanding! Our beet salad was delicious - and enough to split. The meatballs were huge and excellent! The veal dish with artichokes and capers was the best veal I have ever had. Service excellent! Will be back!

The whole dining experience was wonderful. We were celebrating my wife's birthday and our anniversary and were greeted with cards for both occasions. Everyone was very friendly and our waiter Steven was excellent, making sure all our needs were met, engaging in pleasant conversation, and adding to the evening's enjoyment. The food was excellent. A very enjoyable and memorable evening.

My husband and I really enjoyed our date night away from our children. Marcellos is over an hour away from our house, but we thought the drive was well worth it. The waiter was very attentive and helped me find a wine that I enjoyed. I do think the restaurant is a little small, which made us feel very close to the other tables. We sat next to a group that were talking pretty loud so it was difficult for us to have a conversation. The food was so good so we didn’t even mind not speaking to one another. We plan to go back for our anniversary in April.

We had a wonderful birthday dinner. Loved my burrata appetizer. Would have eaten it all night. The wine that was suggested was amazing. Will be back again.
