A beautiful restaurant… A must when visiting Chicago . Excited you will be Miami opening in Miami (where I live) Food exceptional, ambience and decor gorgeous, service impeccable… thanks to the fact that we had the pleasure of having Sandra serve us. She made our dining experience absolutely perfect! The entire team is extremely professional and polite as well . Ten stars ! Thank you !

From having to wait almost 40 minutes, even with the reservation was absurd. The food was a zero out of 10 did not like the cut of meat and the food was. Our server Alex, she made the experience nice but I will not return back because the food wasn’t good and the long wait time.

Great dinner. Excellent professional service. Servers like this are rare and greatly appreciated. We did four courses with apps, salad, entree and dessert. Dry aged tomahawk was perfection and plentiful for three of us. Sundae dessert topped off a really excellent meal. Looking forward to the Miami location opening.

Maple & Ash is an impeccable dining experience, from the caviar topped onion dip, to welcome cocktails. It’s a true culinary experience for any budget. The seafood towers are to die for and meatballs satisfy the most discriminatory palate. I highly recommend this place.

Asked for Fortaleza and the server told me twice they don't have it. I go to the bar and all three levels of Fortaleza are on the shelf. It is a simple thing to give people what you have to sell. Doesn't make sense to lie.

This is a nice splurge for a special occasion. The food was excellent, but on the expensive side. We had been seated for 45 minutes before we were served our appetizer, but the waiter was servicing many tables and doing his best. I found the music loud but I know that’s the vibe of the restaurant. We were not hurried in any way, so we enjoyed our meal at a nice pace. We were impressed with the foods served to other diners around us. We would definitely return for another special occasion.

I had an 8pm reservation and was not seated until nearly 8:40. Very disappointing. I will say, once I actually made it to my table, the food was amazing!

Overall, this is a nice restaurant with a great ambiance. My wife and I have come here many times over the past few years. However, this experience was the worst, largely due to the food quality. I had a work dinner and the overall quality of the food was subpar. Although, the waiter comped the two meals in question, it was enough of a bad experience for me to not return. It’s hard to understand their pricing versus quality of the food. Additionally, I ordered food for my wife to go. Ended up finding out we got home that portion/meal looked more like someone else’s left overs than a full course entree. I’d definitely go again for the happy hour but never again for dining.

The service was amazing starting with the receptionist. Really enjoyed our host recommendation on plates and drinks. The food did take a bit of time to come out but well worth the wait. We will definitely come back to try new drinks and other dishes.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! There was a high energy, party-vibe to the restaurant upon entry (I wouldn’t recommend taking kids, but they treat them well and provide good kid-friendly options and make them feel special). We had our 5 year old with us. This is a great place for a date or night out with friends. Our server was super attentive, nice and fun. The food was fantastic and the wine list is extensive with something for everyone. Highly recommend!

I have been to Maple and Ash on countless occasions. However this time around our server had no customer service, what an extremely dry personality and the manager had no customer service. The server at the other table was so vibrant and energetic. He deserved his flowers. I wish he was our server. The food was amazing as usual. Inflation is real because the sea food tower does not come close to what I took a picture of now vs then. I was very disappointed.

Came for their supposed Happy Hour. I even made a reservation after seeing they recommended to make one on their instagram post. Got there only to be told it was only applicable to the bar area. NOWHERE in their post said that part (and it’s impossible to reserve for the bar area to begin with because it’s ALWAYS unavailable). I only stayed and had dinner because I didn’t want to waste my parking time. I don’t care how the night went or how the food was. They lost me at the start and I most likely will NOT be coming back all because of this FALSE ADVERTISEMENT 🤬

If pretentious was a restaurant, It would be named Maple and Ash. From the start, we thought we may want to increase from 2 to 4 and we were told it wasn’t possible. We walked into a room with 8 four tops, each with only 2 diners. They asked some dude to take off his hoodie, leaving him only his ratty tshirt to wear but that was ok… so was the girl with the baseball cap at the bar. Igor the drink pourer was upset when I declined the opening cocktail and there was a very, you’re lucky to be here vibe. The setting was beautiful, food very good not great and a very reasonably check at the end of the night, granted we weren’t throwing back cocktails. Cool place to visit, but there are better places, more accomplished and accommodating within a 5 minute drive. Alinea had less of an attitude….

Absolutely amazing!!! The filet was cooked to perfection and the agnolottis were out of this world! This was the only steakhouse in the city that we haven’t visited and will be our top choice for future trips
