The food, drinks and service were good, but the prices were just outrageous for what we got. My drink was maybe 4 oz, and cost $16.

We were a group of 6 and were seated next to the band (very nice music) but honestly it was so loud, we could not hear each other speak at all! It would be great to be seated farther away, or reduce the noise volume.

I hate writing this because I used to love this restaurant, but the past two times I have gone, the food was subpar for the extreme prices and the service is HORRIBLE. Literally took us 20 minutes just for some one to come get the drink order. Longer for appetizers, then food, and I had to call over a busser to get the check because I didn't see the waiter for 30 minutes or more. As someone who worked in food service for 8 years, this was almost embarrassing. I won't be back!

Mother’s Day early dinner w/ my wife, son and his girlfriend. Zucchini fries w/ spicy marinara sauce (not too spicy w/ spice at the end), branzino (fish cooked well w/ lemony sauce, and pork chop on top of veggies w/ balsamic vinegar sauce. Very hood. Nice decor ambiance and live music. Nice day!!

While we enjoyed the food and have been here numerous times, the brunch menu was kind of meh. Third time for Mother’s Day. Also given that you charge $6 for iced tea and add the 4% surcharge it would be nice to have the staff check in on refills especially when the restaurant is not very crowded.

Chilaquiles would be more flavoful if they had more sauce and the salsa was spicier. I had a plate of tortilla chips with a few chilaquiles at the bottom of the plate.

The environment and cocktails were amazing. Don’t expect great waiter service, took a long time for someone just to bring water and even longer to order. Food was fine & overpriced for the taste. I would come back for cocktails and eat elsewhere next time. Really beautiful and unique aesthetic with the dome ceiling.

Visited Madison for a second time on a Tuesday evening for one of thei jazz nights. Drinks (oreo martini) were delicious, as well as my white fish ceviche and filet mignon entrée! Would go again

I really wanted to love this restaurant. I've heard good things and read good reviews so I booked an early mothers day brunch on Sunday with my mom and my daughter. Upon arriving, we got seated very quickly at a nice table on the patio. It was a beautiful day and the hostess moved an umbrella to help shade us, very nice. It took 17 minutes for water to arrive (there was a back waiter so that was shocking) and over 20 for the server to come over. We placed our order, gluten free shakshuka, chilequiles and a brioche french toast which had RGF (request gluten free) next to it. The server said that wasn't a gluten free option unfortunately. The food took over 45 minutes to arrive. If you know how babies are, they do not do well when hungry and my 15 month old daughter had gone through all 4 of her different snacks while waiting and was not hungry when it did. Upon arrival, my shakshuka was warm at best and my mom's chilequiles were flavorful but a bit soggy like they had been sitting on line for a while. Disappointing mothers day brunch for me but she was just happy to be with the grandbaby on a beautiful day, then we walked to the park and everything was fine. Would possibly recommend increasing staffing on busy weekends or staggering seating to accommodate kitchen and server flow.

Celebrated my 50th birthday at Madison with 7 friends on Saturday night. Food was great, cocktails were good, and service was excellent, plus it's so cute inside. We had a great time. Will be back.

Space is beautiful and ambience is lively and loud. Staff was not attentive and forgot to bring a birthday dessert after being asked at the beginning of the meal. Maybe they were just having a bad day. Food is not memorable but the cocktails are lovely.

The food was eh and for the price of the food was too costly. I have no problem with expensive food, but it should it also taste like the price. The best part was the employees giving water which was great. Great water refillers. It was also my wife’s birthday and they did a great job attending to her and even offering great desert. It was also very noisy. The steak my wife ordered was just fair. Nothing too great. I ordered gnocchi was yummy. The drinks was fire. Overall, definitely not coming back here unless they re do the menu with better tasting food. I’d only come back with friends.

I had a great time celebrating my birthday this weekend. Our server Brittany was so friendly and efficient, and made sure l felt celebrated. I received a complimentary cake which made the experience very special. Our food was amazing and the drinks were really good too!

Had an amazing time with friends and family celebrating my bday. All the alcoholic drinks we ordered were delicious. The food was great. The only two items we didn’t enjoy were the lattes and the enchiladas. Service 10/10. Will come back.

Cute spot, music was nice, service was good overall. We weren't tended too enough to receive water refills when needed. Also a bit bummed that this was a birthday celebration dinner, as was noted in our reservation, but the house staff did not acknowledge it. The meal was good. We started with the Portobello fries and tomato & burrata - both lovely. For dinner, we had the chicken kabob skewers and chicken piccata. Kabobs were cooked well, but not seasoned as I would have expected. The flavor was a bit bland for me, however the rest of the items on the plate were great. We will most likely return next time we're in SD

We went on a Saturday around 12 pm, ordered brunch. I ordered chilaquiles and my husband ordered papas locas. The chilaquiles were extremely soggy and dry, barely had any salsa on them. I ordered a brown sugar cinnamon latte that tasted like milk with ice.. our server was nice and the mimosa was good but don’t recommend the food.

Went to Madison for my friend’s birthday. The food and service are outstanding. If you go on Tuesday for live Jazz, keep in mind it is very loud and difficult to talk at the table. But 100% recommend this restaurant.

We ate inside, which still has plenty of fresh air coming in, and the plentiful heaters kept it from getting too cold. It made for a very nice atmosphere. The food was delicious, with fresh ingredients and clever combinations, and the service was attentive. The only negative thing was the band that night had their amp volume up to a nearly painful level, but I would return.

My girl ordered the gnocchi which was the best I had ever tasted. I ordered the pork chop which was cooked perfectly BUT I felt for the price it lacked real flavor or seasoning and the texture of the crust was drowned out by the balsamic. I got it replaced with the ravioli which was very tasty however small about 5 ravioli. (170lbs for reference) The ambiance was perfect and they had jazz night. Also didn’t have a chance to order dessert but it looked appetizing
