Thought I’d treat my parents to a nice dinner for their 45th anniversary here at Lou & Mickey’s… boy was I wrong! After ordering our dinner, we were left waiting 2 hours and 15 minutes for our food to come out! I was so embarrassed! At least my parents got a free anniversary dessert at the end. I won’t be returning to this place.

It was super loud and hard to talk with the people at the table, so not really a fine dining experience, especially when you are spending close to $500 for 3 people. Also, I felt like they were not prepared for the holiday weekend. We rarely saw our server, there were long waits for things to be brought to the table. They were also out of a lot of cuts, and we were there for a pretty early dinner.

This place was very eclectic. It felt like an old world Italian restaurant if that makes any sense. The food was amazing and so was the service. It was also very reasonable in price. I would definitely recommend.

Solid food but service was subpar and lacked any hospitality. Incorrect drinks were delivered to our table initially and a side of dressing was missed as well. No offer of dessert from the server was also disappointing as we were never asked and our check was placed on the table.
