                                      What a culinary dream! This was unbelievable! A melody of flavors like no other. An original and only of its kind. Do not miss this one! Be sure to do the appetizers sampler style. We had the rabbit/rattlesnake sausage with the elk sliders and the crab cake. Hands down the elk sliders were our favorite. The drinks were unique and refreshing. My guest commented that it was the BEST MARGARITA ever! Hands down! I had the blue bonnet and it was tasty and refreshing. The table service was high-class and professional! Just what this restaurant should offer. High standards and all were met.

                                      Absolutely INCREDIBLE food; Anthony's suggestions were spot on; just a superb evening all around. If you don't try the Elk sliders, you are truly missing out.

                                      Mallik was great, loved his recommendations. We got the kangaroo nachos and rabbit-rattle snake sausage. For the entrees, we went with the chicken fried steak and the the chile relleno. For dessert, you have to try the ancho chili chocolate cake, it’s another level of chocolate. It’s delicious. Definitely coming back here.

                                      We go here most years for our anniversary, but this year was the best. Joe made the evening outstanding. The food, drinks, ambience and celebratory dessert were all amazing.

                                      From the moment we arrived at Lonesome Dove in the Ft. Worth Stockyards the staff was in complete control, ready to provide outstanding service. Our food selection, including rattlesnake sausage and elk, were prepared and presented perfectly. Our waiter provided everything we needed but was never in our way so we were able to enjoy our out of town guests. I look forward to our next meal at Lonesome Dove.

                                      We got there when it was a little busy. It took 20 minutes for my drink to be served. Our waiter was not attentive to us at all. We told him at one point we were ready to order. He said he would be right back. That he wanted to greet a table that was just seated. That table had drinks and seemed fine. 15 minutes later… he finally takes our order… but in a hurry. He was rushing off before my date was finished ordering. Then some random guy asks if we were waiting for a drink from the bar. I said yes. He said he would be right back with it… never saw him again. Still no drink. Finally the manager checks on us. I told him about my drink. Finally he brings me one. It was the wrong one! I drank it anyway! lol He then brought me the right one. There was a large party in the front room close to us. They were very loud. Just thought it made more sense for them to be in the back room. Otherwise the food was really good and we’ll Be back!

                                      Excellent choice of dishes! Atmosphere inside is vintage old western. We actually sat outside on the patio and it was great!

                                      Upstairs dining room was very loud, but food was exceptional!! Wine cellar dining is much quieter.
