The restaurant will serve contemporary French cuisine which draws on inspiration from the classic gastronomy of the country combined with a young and energetic sense of hospitality. We will endeavor to accommodate dietary requirements. Vegetarian and gluten-free menus are available. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate completely dairy-free or vegan menus.

Très très bon restaurant gastronomique qui mérite largement son étoile Michelin. La salle reste toutefois assez bruyante pour un restaurant de ce rang. Nous aurions mis 5 étoiles si l'ambiance avait été plus feutrée.

Excellent restaurant à base de produits locaux intelligemment interprétés. Les plats sont de grande qualité et présentés avec beaucoup d’originalité. Seuls les desserts sont assez décevants et pas à la hauteur du reste du repas. Service de qualité et sympathique. Prix du « tasting menu » plus l’accord mets-vins élevé mais la qualité le justifie en grande partie
