Excellent restaurant à base de produits locaux intelligemment interprétés. Les plats sont de grande qualité et présentés avec beaucoup d’originalité. Seuls les desserts sont assez décevants et pas à la hauteur du reste du repas. Service de qualité et sympathique. Prix du « tasting menu » plus l’accord mets-vins élevé mais la qualité le justifie en grande partie

Savoureuse expérience: nous avons partagé les menus Classic, et Season, nous conseillons aussi bien l’un que l’autre. Les mets sont finement cuisinés, aussi bien le poisson que les viandes (lamb , duck , excellents) les légumes sont bien mis en valeur (savoureuses morilles), la présentation est extrêmement soignée, c’est un plaisir des yeux. Que dire des desserts (on a adoré le carrot cake revisité). On est reçus dans un petit hôtel particulier composé de différents salons très cosy. Le service est chaleureux. On recommande vivement!

The menu features their explorations of ingredients, dishes and drinks from around the world, inspired by the culinary history and diversity around us. The wine list is set out chronologically, following the historic beginnings of wine to present day, with over 350 wines from classic producers to the New World, as well as acknowledging the root of viti-vinoculture with wines from Georgia, Armenia and Turkey.As well as the welcoming main dining room, Trivet has a terrace, wine bar and private dining space. Très très bon restaurant gastronomique qui mérite largement son étoile Michelin. La salle reste toutefois assez bruyante pour un restaurant de ce rang. Nous aurions mis 5 étoiles si l'ambiance avait été plus feutrée.

Uncomplicated, produce-led Modern British cooking in a bright, pared-down space with an informal vibe.Reservations are available 120 days in advance. The return time for your table is 2 hours. In the event that the booking is not honoured in whole or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a fee of £85 per person will be charged to the credit/debit card provided. The same fee will be charged in case of non-arrival. The tasting menu is £85 per person and is available for lunch and dinner Tuesday-Saturday. The Classic Wine Pairing is available to complement the Chef Selection, at £80 per person. Pour un anniversaire. Personnel attentionné avec petite carte d’anniversaire à l’arrivée et petit cadeau au départ. Plat excellent à la hauteur de l’autre étoile. Petit bémol, mon ami a trouvé du cartilage dans un plat c (inadmissible pour un restaurant une étoile au Michelin)
