Uncomplicated, produce-led Modern British cooking in a bright, pared-down space with an informal vibe.Reservations are available 120 days in advance. The return time for your table is 2 hours. In the event that the booking is not honoured in whole or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a fee of £85 per person will be charged to the credit/debit card provided. The same fee will be charged in case of non-arrival. The tasting menu is £85 per person and is available for lunch and dinner Tuesday-Saturday. The Classic Wine Pairing is available to complement the Chef Selection, at £80 per person. The Premium Wine Pairing is £160 per person.We currently take bookings only up to 6 people.For bookings larger than 4 guests we require you to order from our Tasting Menu.If you are celebrating a special occasion or have any dietary restrictions, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to the booking and we will try our best to accommodate your requests.

Excellent restaurant à base de produits locaux intelligemment interprétés. Les plats sont de grande qualité et présentés avec beaucoup d’originalité. Seuls les desserts sont assez décevants et pas à la hauteur du reste du repas. Service de qualité et sympathique. Prix du « tasting menu » plus l’accord mets-vins élevé mais la qualité le justifie en grande partie

Très très bon restaurant gastronomique qui mérite largement son étoile Michelin. La salle reste toutefois assez bruyante pour un restaurant de ce rang. Nous aurions mis 5 étoiles si l'ambiance avait été plus feutrée.

Pour un anniversaire. Personnel attentionné avec petite carte d’anniversaire à l’arrivée et petit cadeau au départ. Plat excellent à la hauteur de l’autre étoile. Petit bémol, mon ami a trouvé du cartilage dans un plat c (inadmissible pour un restaurant une étoile au Michelin)
