Vous n'y trouverez ni fumée ni miroirs, mais seulement une cuisine chaleureuse. Cet établissement possède un nombre de places limité et peu de personnel. Les propriétaires du Parachute pensent avoir la capacité et les moyens de rendre leurs clients heureux lorsqu'ils viennent manger dans leur « maison » (c'est comme ça qu'ils considèrent leur restaurant). C'est un lieu qui peut être bruyant lorsque le restaurant est complet, mais cela rend l'atmosphère un peu plus conviviale.
