Le Legend's Restaurant est un petit restaurant à la gestion familiale qui vous accueille depuis plus de 45 ans. Il est ouvert pour le dîner et le souper 7 jours/7. Sur place, vous pourrez commander des soupes maison, des salades composées, des sandwiches, des steaks, des fruits de mer frais et des pâtes. Les superbes desserts maison ont été acclamés par les magazines Bon Appetit et Southern Living. C'est là qu'est servi le brunch du dimanche préféré des habitants de Norman. Les vendredis et samedis soir, des concert de piano sont organisés. Le restaurant affiche une décoration éclectique avec des oeuvres d'art originales et dispose d'un bar proposant 25 vins au verre et 75 vins à la bouteille. We cater dinners, meetings, receptions and social gatherings in our East Room at Legend's Restaurant, in our Times-Two building located adjacent to Legend's, in all University of Oklahoma museums, in your home or office and in many venues across the OKC metro. We have decades of experience hosting rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, holiday parties & dinners, anniversaries, office parties, and celebrations marking life's milestones.

East Room at Legends seats up to 48. Privately enclosed with wooden doors. Menu must be limited for groups larger than 15. Seated service or hors d'oeuvres buffet. Times Two is a separate building adjacent to Legend's Restaurant seating 80 or accommodating larger groups for a stand-up reception. Times Two offers complete privacy, your own bar, staff and rest-rooms.

Legend’s is a classic. Exceptional night celebrating our son, the pianist Greg was playing, dinner was wonderful and the service was 10/10!

Great food and service but were seated at the serving corner and it was very chaotic. Otherwise the restaurant was very good.

We took my daughter out for her birthday to Legends. Loved the restaurant and the waitress was very good. The food offerings were different from other restaurants and we enjoyed trying things we cannot normally order. I had salmon and it was very good. My hubby had lamb chops which he loved. Great place to go and be treated well.

We’ve always loved Legend’s. The atmosphere alone is worth going! Everything is delicious. I had chicken medallions and wedge salad and both were fairly pedestrian…but the fried portobellos, asparagus soup, and lemon cake were superb!

Food was excellent, as always. And our server was outstanding. It just gets a little annoying. Sometimes when the piano guy comes over to your table and tries to talk to you when you're trying to have dinner with friends other than that, everything's great.

Another Legendary meal. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the desserts are NOT to be missed. Seriously, these are all homemade and so good that I’m sure the calories don’t count. Lemon cake for the win.

Welcoming staff. Patrick served with excellence. He made good and helpful recommendations from appetizer to desert. I enjoyed all of it and had plenty leftover for another night in my hotel. My steak was perfectly cooked. The veggies had just a touch more salt than needed but they were fresh and perfectly cooked. Jack Daniel’s as the well for my Old Fashioned was not the best so I upgraded bourbon. The luxardo cherry deserves better bourbon. But it was well prepared and remade since it was a bit too sweet for me. As mentioned Patrick was wonderful. I enjoyed the piano man, especially entertaining since I was here for work and dining alone. But the piece de resistance was the desert. I couldn’t choose so had two to go. If you go Do NOT skip desert. If I lived here I would probably be a regular.

I had the Mediterranean Chicken and it was excellent. Very tasty and a portion more than I could eat. Service was great, too.

Celebrated my birthday at Legend's Restaurant with family. The food was good. Our waiter was excellent. He was very helpful when answering questions regarding the menu, gave recommendations and kept our drinks full.

A local favorite that never disappoints. As much as I’d like to explore more of the menu, they always having me coming back for the garlic shrimp pasta. Fortunately my partner is more adventurous and so I get to sample her selections. But as tempting as the other options may be, it’s hard to compete with perfection.

Phenomenal food. The meals came out fast and hot. The bar was poppin and the bartender did a great job. The highlight was the dessert. The lemon cream cake was AMAZING. Definitely check it out!

My boyfriend and I used to go here for special occasions, but we love it so much that now we go the last Sunday of every month lol. Food, ambiance, and service is always on point. We don’t drink, but they always have fun drink specials and dessert martini options. The bartender has made us some really yummy mocktails over the past few visit as well which makes everything extra special. Try the artichoke dip and the Denver steak and BE SURE to save room for a slice of lemon!!!! To die for!!

Hadn’t been to Legends in quite a while and had assumed that it was mostly a place old people go. Couldn’t have been more wrong as it was full of families, college students and young couples. Food was good (not outstanding but good) and our waiter was excellent. The main problem I had is that it is VERY loud in the restaurant which made it difficult to have a conversation. That isn’t the restaurant’s fault though - it is just loud in there. As long as you know that going in, all is good. We’ll definitely go back - I’ll just be ready for the noise 🤪

Hi David, we are sad to learn that the volume in the restaurant so greatly distracted from what otherwise sounds like a good experience. Friday and Saturday nights are typically our busiest and most energetic nights. For a more quiet and relaxed dining experience, I would recommend visiting on a weekday. Update: I’ve since had a conversation with the manager. Turns out they did not receive the notification from Open Table that the reservation was for our anniversary. They’ve been very open and have tried to make it right. Next time, we’ll call the restaurant. We had indicated on our reservation that we were celebrating our anniversary, however when we arrived, no-one was aware of it. We've celebrated our anniversary there before and have had a table with a tablecloth. etc., so we were disappointed to be at a regular table off next to kitchen. We normally enjoy the piano music but this restaurant was so noisy and we were so far away, we couldn't hear it at all. We've not given up on them, but this outing was disappointing.

Hi Susan, thank you for your honest feedback. After reviewing the online reservation associated with this review, I can see that we were not made aware that you were celebrating an anniversary. In the event that we are made aware of a birthday/anniversary, we do provide a tablecloth & a complementary dessert. This can only happen, however, if the occasion is indicated in the reservation OR upon arrival at the restaurant. With regards to the noise in the restaurant, Friday nights are typically our busiest and most energetic nights and I apologize that you did not enjoy the resulting atmosphere. First time to visit. Very good food - filet, potato, salad. Patrick did an excellent job as our server. The live Piano in the background was nice. We will be back.

We enjoy the food, service and at the top of list is Greg Kennedy the piano player. Greg makes all our meals very Special. Planning on going more often.

Legends was the perfect way to celebrate a birthday. All six of us enjoyed delicious food. The home made desserts were to die for, not a crumb of the lemon cream cake or the coke cake with ice cream. The service was top notch. We will be back.

Legend's consistently provides an interesting menu, very well done, with friendly, prompt service ; all with a touch of the upscale that is a welcome change from sports bars and chains. It has been a family favorite for special events for years.

One of our top 5 favorite locally owned (and managed/cheffed!) restaurants. 😋 Their curried shrimp w/rice is fantastic. And be sure to save room for desert…

Had a wonderful experience with the petit filet, sea bass, and pork schnitzel. Based on what I’ve had so far, I can tell we will return to try the whole menu. The blonde girl at the bar made a spectacular martini and my wife’s drink special (a pear martini I think?) was spectacular as well. Seems like you can’t go wrong here. I was afraid to take my wife (she’s gluten free) after reading a negative review about gluten contamination but the staff handled her allergy with such care and she enjoyed her meal and was even able to have dessert which usually isn’t an option when we go out. Happy to have legends as a new addition to our date night rotation. Thank you hostess Ava for accommodating our seating requests and checking in on us throughout dinner
