Made a reservation for 10. They sat us right after the entrance. My mom sat on the booth and she sank. She had to move to a chair. Very noisy. So noisy that we could harly hear each other. The food was just average. The waitress and helpers were very good

Really disappointed in the service. The server seem disinterested in taking care of my family. My drink spilled and no help or care. Just not good service.

Food quality didn’t seem up to par as usual. Baked potato was just mashed potatoes in a potato skin. Fried chicken changed from how it used to be several months back. And the steak didn’t seem as good of quality this time. Surprised since we come often and this wasn’t what we were expecting. Maybe Mother’s Day weekend had the chefs overwhelmed. But service was awesome as always.

We had an excellent lunch - splitting the tomahawk steak for two. It came out perfect and was very delicious and tender. The mac & cheese lobster brussels sprouts were absolutely delicious. The service was on point and all the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend going at lunchtime, as everything on their menu is available, which is really quite nice for steakhouse. Will definitely be back.

What’s the purpose of asking during the reservation process if there is a special occasion? I took a very important client yesterday for dinner and I had listed the occasion as a birthday, disappointing as it was never acknowledged.

Food, service staff, and wait time were ideal and I definitely would recommend. I did have to pull out my flashlight to see the menu, just a tad darkish but all else was great! Thank you for having us.

Wow, I had the most amazing 29th wedding anniversary celebration with LBS! The staff was absolutely fabulous and provided us with top-notch service, while the food was cooked to perfection - just the way we wanted it. Almost everything was perfect. My only criticism is that the scallops were over salted, and I like salt. And the desert they gave us for or anniversary was over cooked so the molten lava chocolate was no molten and the ice cream was frozen hard to the point we had to cut it up in order to get the perfect bite of chocolate with vanilla. Over we did enjoy our meal though.

Just wanted to post this review because the last time I ate there was on 4/5/2024, which was my first lunch back in a while. 2 great hostesses welcomed me and they were nice. Jaime and Manny were there and it was nice seeing them. Jaime took care of me today and the service is awesome! I saw the menu and the last time I had the LB Steak Sandwich, it's interesting. The lunch menu seems to have a change and when I saw the sandwich, it seems to be revamped up a bit with changes like without the bleu cheese, it was different but it's still awesome! I ordered it and it's really good and awesome! I got it with a side of fries and Diet Coke. Jaime got my refills on the Diet Coke and it's very nice. It's a nice lunch and on a Friday! Had an awesome time and thank you to everyone of LB Steak and it's nice to eat there.

The Violette cocktail was floral, refreshing and delicious. The Iceberg Wedge salad was also very delicious. The cauliflower and brussel sprout sides were very tasty. My sautéed prawns were very good, but I expected the crostini to be toasted and crusty so I could dip it in the delicious sauce, vice soggy and soaked in the garlic butter sauce under the prawns. The garlic sauce also had a nice kick. Our server Manny was exceptional! He made us feel welcome, encouraged us to relax and provided excellent customer service.

Wow! The last time I’ve been to LB Steak was back on October 6th 2023. I’ve been busy just smashing graduate school and retaining all the A’s and a 4.0 GPA for 2,044 Days and counting. So, yeah. And last month of February, 2/16/2024, I surpassed 2,000 Days retaining for all A’s and a 4.0 GPA. So, I thought since A), it’s Easter and B), might as well celebrate quietly with a nice brunch at LB Steak. And it’s been a year since I had the brunch at LB Steak so why not. I was the first one in and I was greeted by a lovely hostess. One of them got me a nice table which is comfy. Then, I was taken care of by a nice waiter today! So glad to see Manny, Nick, Jaime, Hector and the amazing people of LB Steak. Also, I never had Easter brunch at LB Steak so my first time with that. Also, one year since I had brunch. I went with a steak and eggs plate. I had a 6oz Filet Mignon, tater tots, little bit of veggies, and Sunnyside up eggs. The steak is awesome! Lovely tots and nice eggs! I had a Diet Coke and water. So nice of Manny, Nick, Jaime for the refills of Diet Coke since I love the Diet Coke from LB Steak! Also, the bread and butter is nice given to thanks of Manny! Lovely time and it’s so nice to be back and can’t wait to come back! Been busy with school and I know I have until mid 2026 to get my Master’s Degree. So thank you LB Steak for having me, awesome food, thank you for taking care of me and thank you so much! Can’t wait to come back again! Maybe next time for lunch!

Three of us had an enjoyable dinner at the LB Steakhouse! We all had New York cuts, excellently prepared, and paired with potatoes, spinach, and appetizers. The drinks are quite good in the atmosphere is very nice.. highly recommend LB steak if you’re at Santana Row

We did not have time to finish our appetizers before our salad course arrived. Then when the entree was delivered it was not hot. Steak was not prepared a requested. The restaurant was not busy so no excuse.

Amazing staff, had some drinks in the bar and then got a table outside and bartenders and server were amazing.

Ordered a steak medium and it was well done, food didn’t have much flavor to brag about, probably going to try somewhere else unfortunately. Like the place but for the price I’d expect better .

The service from the waiter was just ok. The 35 days dry aged ribeye was just mediocre, not tender and kinda felt too chewy to be a dry aged ribeye. Not worth it. It took the waiter a long time to even come take our orders. The table behind us had a ladies get together and their laughs were very loud and high pitched. The portions was big on the sides.

Our server was so attentive and sweet. Drinks were great, bread was fresh. My steak was a little tough and overcooked, mashed potatoes were a little too watery. The spicy, sweet brussel sprouts were not spicy at all but delicious.

Tomahawk steak was fatty and tough. Ordered it medium rare, was medium at best.
