Overall experience was excellent. Our server, Rebecca was excellent. However, when we went at 4 pm, there wasn't anyone at the reception to great guests so had get their attention to be seated. I'm sure when it gets crowded later, there will be someone at the reception to greet customers. Also, when ordering the lobster, no tools were provided such as a nut cracker or small fork to get the meat out of the shell. My mother-in-law had to use her hands, which was fine but when we asked for a wet towel, the server brought a wet paper towel. In New England, we're used to eating lobsters with our hand so at other restaurants, they have prepared the right tools and wet towels. Legal Sea Food provided a napkin wrapped around a lemon for their after dinner wipes.

Everything was great. Food and service, especially the manager Aaron was amazing!!

Our experience here was wonderful! The food, service and ambiance are consistently good and keep us coming back here each time. We changed our reservation when we saw there were bar seats and they were quick to accommodate us. Lindsay at the bar was great, professional and attentive. We will definitely be back soon.

Excellent food and service at reasonable prices. Great atmosphere and music. The tequila and mezcal drink was excellent. Ordered trout and beef checks, highly recommend both. Lamb was good but not as interesting as the other two main dishes. Also had eggplant spread and a cheese spread to start with their bread, everything was delicious. Will come back!

We had a wonderful birthday lunch at Legal Seafood in Chestnut Hill. Our meal was delicious, and our server, John was attentive and polite. We always know that the food at Legal Seafood will be amazing.
