Friendly services, we got a nice table with excellent view. The food was just superb … The manager who took care of us was amazing. We had a beautiful time, and do recommend anyone to give this restaurant a try.

Elevated service with flair and discretion. The meals and drinks were well-executed with thoughtful, interesting ingredients. We heard of both anniversaries and engagements being celebrated here, and unsurprisingly so given the care and attention to detail.

Once again the staff delivered a great experience. I had asked for and was fortunate to share a window table with family members from away. The hosts were professional and accommodating. The server was smart, sassy and service-oriented. The food was consistently great as always. Thanks for being my go-to for the highest and lowest days of life.

The customer service was the best I've ever had. The owner and cook came out to our table to ask how we found his food and even printed off recipes after we told him how much we loved it! I cannot recommend Ugly Duckling highly enough. If you only have time to eat out at one fine dining establishment in Victoria, make it this one.
