Pioneer Kitchen is founded on the bounty of our region and farm-sourced ingredients, as well as taking inspiration from West Coast culinary traditions of sustainability, seasonality, and hyper-local ingredients. Together, these foundations make up what we like to call the “New Rocky Mountain Cuisine”, rooted in freshness and innovation. The true spirit of the American West, Brush Creek Distillery is pushing the envelope of craft distilling, blending and innovation. Come in and explore our operation on a 45-minute tour and a tasting of our 4 core spirits. Our distillery is located at the base of the Snowy Range Mountains on the luxurious Farm at Brush Creek Ranch property on the north side of HWY 130. We are distilling vodka, gin, bourbon, and rye and always have a few specialty projects in the works. $25 per person, must be 21 to taste.Once you arrive, we will have you park around the back of the Distillery, the middle of the 3 buildings at the Farm. Please only arrive 10-15 minutes early for your tour.
