Always such a friendly welcome at the Highland Lodge. Creative cocktails, great beer, a good selection of food options - even for us vegans - and delightful service, makes for a fun meal out.

Plate is our favorite restaurant in Stowe, Vermont. We highly recommend it to everyone, Aaron and Jen run an excellent restaurant, The chef-owner is unbelievable. He is very talented, creative and is able to develop and deliver unique dishes and get them to the table hot or cold as is appropriate and perfectly plated. It is a wonderful dining experience. At this visit, my husband I shared a delightful Caesar Salad and I had the most delicious cod that I have ever eaten, My husband had a perfect pork chop that was exceptional. The signature Banana Pudding dessert is not to be missed. Try it once and you will be hooked, we were!! The service is also exceptional in every category. The bar is creative and outstanding as well. If you have never experienced this wonderful restaurant, go!!! You will definitely need reservations that are easily booked through Open Table.

We went to dinner for my husband’s birthday, the service and meals were both fantastic. They surprised my husband with a special birthday dessert, which I didn’t know anything about, it was very thoughtful and delicious.

We did not eat here only drinks…was amazing atmosphere…

We appreciate our local restaurateurs and businesses in general, but when they excel it truly brings our experience to a brand new level. Location is a bit trippy, but its something you can remember, along with the fabulous food!
