Had a great time even though we arrived late. Staff are very courteous. I just noticed some of the stations are a bit dirty in the counter and serving utensils are just lying on the counters. We’ll be back

Not enough words to describe what an incredible experience we had at the Golden Steer. Making our 70th visit to Vegas we cannot believe we never dined here and NOW we will definitely make this restaurant a must when returning. The staff was incredible. Justen was unbelievable. The Caesar Salad presentation was awesome and the Salad was the best ever! Steak was perfect and the Bananas Foster was out of this world. The nostalgia ambiance is everywhere! Advice: Make your reservations about 3 months in advance!

I have to say STK never disappoints!! The food is awesome… must try’s are the Filet Beef Tartare and the house made Short Rib Ravioli as starters. The Delmonico and Miso Glazed Sea Bass were so good as well. Service was top notch, Chrissi and Fernando made sure my birthday dinner was the best. We will definitely be back!!

After all the years of watching those Kitchen, there’s nothing like actually being there. It was exciting to see the red and blue lights in the kitchen and the flames in the mirrors going up the pillars. The food was absolutely delicious. I had the lobster risotto and I had foie gras and both were delicious. Dining alone I couldn’t try the beef Wellington, which is a landmark dish, but other people around me had it and it looked delicious. Well worth it for the experience alone. The noise was exceptional, and they book large parties which heighten the noise.

Reservations a must (any day of the week). Took my wife for a birthday breakfast. Food and service is excellent. Prices are on the high side but you’re paying for quality and atmosphere. The outdoor music from another restaurant is intrusive but expected for Las Vegas. Plan to bring your appetite since breakfast portions are big. Better to share or take home half of your order to make it a more economical option. I choose to not eat lunch since I was still full from breakfast.
