Since graduating from Chico State in 1994, Jeff Dudum has dreamt of being a part of the Chico dining scene and by partnering with local Chico families he has now made that dream a reality. In 2022 he teamed up with Amanda Crammer and together they have created a vision for a dining experience that truly values the guest and strengthens community. After building a relationship with the Hotel Diamond family, they knew bringing The Grill to the Diamond was something they had to do. They are thrilled to be a part of the magic that is Downtown Chico and to create lasting memories with all of you here at The Grill!     We took my daughter and her friend to brunch after Chico State graduation . I had eggs Benedict which was very good , eggs were a tad overcook but hollandaise sauce was out standing . Wife had a French dip that was very good and my daughter’s friend had the steak salad which was delicious according to her . Service was good I would definitely dine here again !!

    First time there and were totally impressed. Food excellent, service amazing and atmosphere was great. Very busy and took a little time to get our food but well worth the wait.

    Buffalo,Wild Wings is a corporate restaurant. My son and his friend love it, therefore I enjoy it with them. Probably wouldn’t choose it completely on my own. A little expensive for flavored chicken nuggets. Great sports atmosphere. Love it and don’t at the same time.
