Since graduating from Chico State in 1994, Jeff Dudum has dreamt of being a part of the Chico dining scene and by partnering with local Chico families he has now made that dream a reality. In 2022 he teamed up with Amanda Crammer and together they have created a vision for a dining experience that truly values the guest and strengthens community. After building a relationship with the Hotel Diamond family, they knew bringing The Grill to the Diamond was something they had to do.
