En raison du succès du Cornstore Wine Bar & Restaurant Cork, un restaurant-soeur a ouvert ses portes à Limerick en novembre 2008, situé sur la rue piétonne Thomas Street, récemment rénovée et piétonne. Les concepts disposent de 3 étages offrant le style animé et bourdonnant de Manhattan et aussi une salle privée contemporaine chauffée où il est permis de fumer. L'intérieur reproduit l'élégance raffinée du restaurant-soeur à Cork avec son carrelage complexe, bar stylé en étain, des cabines confortables et un éclairage intime. Comme au Cork, le menu est spécialisé dans les steaks de première qualité et des fruits de mer de qualité, une longue liste de boissons avec cocktails, des bières du nouveau monde et une vaste carte des vins. 20 sélections sont également disponibles au verre.
