Chisen is a Japanese restaurant featuring seasonal cuisine. The kitchen staff at Chisen are careful to honor the four seasons in their cooking, and in doing so are constantly reinventing their menu depending on what ingredients are seasonally available and which ones are going out. Chisen's menu is always served in a prix fixe fashion with anywhere between seven and twelve courses depending on the size of what it is they are serving. Inspired by the soft light given off by the moon, the creators of Tsuki have designed its elaborately decorated and sophisticated dining room with dimmed, intimate lighting. Featuring primarily grilled foods, Tsuki places emphasis on the importance of hospitality and quality. Tsuki’s à la carte menu options include favorites like grilled rice balls with dried sardines and perilla, salmon and maitake mushroom donabe rice, sesame blancmange and chicken junwakei soup. Set menu meals include three courses that take the guests on a dining adventure. Add a glass of wine, beer or other spirit to complete the flavor experience.
