Taste the finest ingredients plucked from our 20,000 sq. ft. greenhouse, onsite goat creamery, and our highly sought-after Wagyu beef paired with spirits from our onsite distillery and wines from our Wine Spectator awarded cellar.Dress Code: Women: dresses, skirts, dress jeans, or slacks, heels and cowboy boots. The true spirit of the American West, Brush Creek Distillery, is pushing the envelope of craft distilling, blending and innovation. Come and explore our operation on a 45-minute tour and tasting of our 4 core spirits and distillery-only releases. Our distillery is located at the base of the Snowy Range Mountains on the luxurious Farm at Brush Creek Ranch on the north side of HWY 130. We are distilling vodka, gin, bourbon, and rye and always have a few specialty projects in the works. We currently offer two experiences; our core sprits offering at $25 per person and our distillery-only offering at $35 per person. Must be 21 to taste, only one experience per person, per day.Once you arrive, we will have you park around the back of the Distillery, in the middle of the 3 buildings at the Farm. Please only arrive 10-15 minutes early for your tour. Our Ranch is active! The Ranch's Creamery is our neighbor, please be mindful of posted speed limits around our live animals at the Creamery.

Pioneer Kitchen is founded on the bounty of our region and farm-sourced ingredients, as well as taking inspiration from West Coast culinary traditions of sustainability, seasonality, and hyper-local ingredients. Together, these foundations make up what we like to call the “New Rocky Mountain Cuisine”, rooted in freshness and innovation. The cuisine – sometimes rustic and rugged like the terrain, sometimes refined and elegant – blazes the trail for a new expression of what the region has to offer in terms of natural resources and culinary expression. Menu items include Roasted Beet & Melon Salad, Burnt Carrots & Parsnip, Smoked Trout Dip, Charred Wagyu Short Rib, Mushroom Bolognese, and Cedar Planked Ora King Salmon, among many others.

This distillery was awesome! I am from Kentucky and have visited many whiskey distilleries and I have to say that Brush Creek Distillery is special. We tasted through their core items - vodka, gin, bourbon, and rye all were premium quality. My favorites were the whiskies and I enjoyed hearing about their program; they have been distilling since 2019 and have not released their own distillate just yet, as it is still aging in barrel (we got to taste from a barrel, and I can't wait to taste it again) once it is bottled. Truly unique experience and fun, knowledgeable hosts and distillers.
