Ever since the first caveman decided to slap a side of mammoth over the cave fire, man (and woman) has enjoyed the flavor of food cooked over a wood fire. At Timber Wood-Fire Bistro, all of our dishes are made from scratch using the highest quality ingredients. They are then cooked either over our state-of-the-art wood burning grill or in a brick oven heated by the embers of logs. Cooking in this way imparts a slight smokiness as it brings out the natural flavors of the food. A juicy ribeye sizzles and caramelizes, giving the tender beef a gorgeous crust. The homemade dough for our pizzas rises in the heat, and the crust gets to be the perfect combination of crisp and chewy. Vegetables share an entirely new flavor profile when cooked over wood. The service and ambiance were terrific! Our cocktails were amazing…the one thing I’d mention (and I did tell our server) was my steak salad was supposed to have ‘crispy potatoes’ along with the grilled steak etc. It’s kind of a key ingredient as I recall from the 4 other times I’ve had this. I don’t know how you leave that off!

T was good. Service good. Food good. My only complaint as the crowd increased so did the noise. Is the music necessary at that point?

The Granary is decked out for Christmas with loads of places to take pictures. The drinks were beautiful as well as strong! Service was wonderful (as always!) and you can ever buy a souvenir sweatshirt where you choose naughty or nice. Love these pop ups! Hope to see one for valentine's day!
