You do not need a reservation to enjoy Easy Tiger, but you are welcome to make one if you wish. Located in Austin, Texas, Easy Tiger Bake Shop & Beer Garden was founded by James Beard nominee, David Norman. We bake pastries and artisan breads daily. Our beer gardens have over 30 beers on tap, we source our coffee locally (Little City Coffee) and all of our meats are cured locally. We are known for our giant pretzels, we make them by hand every few hours and they sell out almost immediately. You'll also find our breads and pretzels around town, at HEB, Whole Foods and Austin FC's Q2 stadium. Each of our locations is unique, North (LINC) has a 10,000 sq ft covered patio with heaters & fans. Our interior spaces include a cozy Mezzanine and a restaurant/bar with direct views into our bakery. Dogs are welcome and WiFi is free. There is a significant amount of available parking, including Tesla chargers.

ATX Cocina experiments with the boundaries of Mexican cuisine. We have taken traditional Mexican dishes and elevated them with modern approaches and techniques. Corn, the basis of the Mexican cuisine for thousands of years, is also the foundation of our kitchen. We nixtamalize and process our masa in house sourcing it from heirloom varieties of corn grown by small family farms in Mexico.
