Shi Sushi and Spirits was established in 2020. Shi's name comes from its translation in Japanese, which is self-taught, it was so fitting consider local owner Tabitha Hutchison was self-taught and has over 20 years' experience as a Sushi Chef. Tabitha's dream was to share her love and passion for sushi with others by opening up her own restaurant and that dream became a reality. Shi Sushi and Spirits is located in the heart of downtown Caldwell Idaho, right next to Indian Creek Plaza.
