We had a party of 10 on 6/12/24 and Gabriel was our waiter. He was absolutely amazing! Very efficient and took really good care of us! Food was delicious and we really enjoyed the atmosphere! thank you for a wonderful experience!

This is a chef-driven space for sure ! could easily be served in a posh atmosphere but it's gourmet in a cozy pub style setting. amazing staff was the topper to this. We will be back to try every adventure on the cocktail, food, and desert menu in this truly unique space. Well done !

This was my fourth time at Once Upon A Time in France. Our waitress was incredible, coursed everything out perfectly, and made our experience better. We started off with a white wine that was very light and slightly sweet. I don't recall the name of the bottle but it was number 13 on the wine list. The Steak tartare was excellent. I got the Duck Confit like I normally do, however I was disappointed with the meat. I have made duck confit and had it many times. Theirs lacked appropriate flavor and a slight sear that a good confit has. The ju was cold and I felt like they made the ju separately and just plated it with the duck. I would not recommend this dish. The Beef Bourguignon and Steak Frites were pretty good. A normal amount of fat was on each of the ribeyes, this was fine however it did soak into most of the fries and left many of them entirely soggy. We finished with the creme bruleé. Theirs is a non-traditional one containing a strong amaretto flavor. I liked the flavor but did not feel like the texture of the cream was the best, it was on the runnier side. Overall, a very enjoyable dinner because of the ambiance and great wait staff, just a few minor issues with the food.
