Restaurants near Hotel Atlas

Fantastic food, great location. Seating logic is a little odd, clients arriving first to the restaurant do not get seated in the premium spots at the window despite plenty availability. The service staff is very friendly and welcoming, quality of service is however mixed. Some of the staff seemed to lack training. Overall, a nice place and will be revisited.

We were looking forward to a lovely dinner at Patrice to celebrate our last night in Berlin. Instead we had a horrible experience. We waited for more than 90 minutes to be served. Our waiter asked us what we would like to eat? Meat or fish? We asked for menus. He presented us with a partial verbal list of main courses. I asked for menus again. No menus. They were at the printer. We had seen a sample menu on line and knew that soup and salad were served. Our Kellner never presented these. Finally we asked about onion soup. He admitted that that was on the menu. We spoke some German, our Kellner spoke very little English. He walked past our table repeatedly for 90 minutes without looking at us or gving us info about the status of our meal. When my meal came, what had been described as a crepe was not. And it had a crab based filling. I am dangerously allergic to crab. After some wait I received another meal. We were angry and frustrated. The food was good enough. The service was horrendous.
