Der neue BRLO Gastropub in Charlottenburg präsentiert nicht nur eine beeindruckende Bierauswahl, sondern auch eine vorwiegend vegetarische Küche mit Fokus auf Gemüse von der Rotisserie. Dabei werden köstliche Beilagen wie Kikok-Hähnchen und Rollbraten aus Dry Aged Mangalitza Schwein serviert, die von einem internationalen Küchenteam unter der Leitung von Valentin Kuzmichev mit Leidenschaft und Hingabe zubereitet werden. An den 20 Zapfhähnen findet sich die ganze Vielfalt der BRLO Bierwelt: von deutschen Klassikern wie Pils über regionale Helden wie Berliner Weisse bis zu amerikanischen IPAs und streng limitierten Spezialbieren. Ergänzend dazu präsentiert BRLO Bier-Cocktails, die von Bartender Arnd Henning Heißen kreiert wurden und die die Geschmacksvielfalt des Bieres noch weiter verfeinern.
