Welcome to GupShup! Gupshup is a bi-level modern Indian hangout inspired by old Bombay. Chef Gurpreet Singh, prior to joining GupShup was the Corporate Executive Chef of Punjab Grill chain of restaurants in India, Abu Dhabi, Singapore and managed around 16 outlets for the brand. Nommé d'après le romancier français du tournant du siècle, le Pierre Loti Union Square propose une vaste carte de vins européens. We are two lads who moved here from the same little village in the heart of Ireland over 10 years ago. "The Laurels" was the name given to the local football field where we grew up; where fun was had, experiences shared and memories made. We hope "The Laurels" NYC-version can offer our customers the same!
