The food was pretty good overall. Had the Calamari and the Pork Ramen. The Calamari was a little rubbery but had good flavor and the aiolis were marvelous. The Ramen tasted great and had a very subtle heat that built the more you ate. The bowl is also HUGE, it could easily be a meal for two. I also had a Passionfruit Mojito which was yummy. The best part of the experience, however, had to be my server. Brie had the best smile and a very engaging demeanor, she was extremely busy but still managed to be nicely attentive. She was also conversational with all her tables and kept everyone very happy.

Choose to eat here often and it was Fabulous, as always!

This our “go to” restaurant. We are not quite regulars, but if any friends are coming from out of town or local friends want to have some great food, Copper River is our choice. Keep up the great food and service.

This was only our second visit but, 10/10 each time. No one in our party was disappointed, the food was delicious and the service was excellent.

What a lovely evening ! Our server answered all our questions and guided us based on our likes. The food was perfection. Each ingredient stood alone and contributed to the whole. The chicken noodles was beautiful with all ingredients displayed. Mixed today her it was magical. The fresh vegetables were perfectly ripe and respected in their medley. The sweet paratha with its toasty flavor paired well with the coconut ice cream. Drinks were great! Decor is stunning! We loved it.
