Great pub, great food. Staff were really, really lovely - let down just a little by one person’s, um, superiority complex! 😆 Don’t let that put you off making a visit. 👍🏻

We enjoyed the food as it was cooked well. We would have probably enjoyed it more if we could have eaten outside, the problem was that only a few of the tables on the patio had umbrellas and we were told you couldn’t have food in the larger garden where there were plenty of parasols. It was the hottest day of the year so far and although the barman said he had umbrellas/parasols on order surely this should have been thought of earlier in the Spring!

Consistently excellent. Food delicious. Professionally served. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Great place ! Highly recommended.
