Wharf St. Distillery is a two-level distillery and casual dining venue. We serve fresh, seasonal and modern classics for lunch and dinner. Open from midday to late seven days a week, you can also come along for dink in our bar or try one of our gin-tasting paddles. We distil our own spirits on-premise and have the best wine and cocktail list on the coast.

Located directly on the shores of Wallis Lake overlooking East 33’s Sydney Rock Oyster farms cultivated by generations of local families, Thirty Three Degrees presents a new dining destination. Delivering moments to be remembered, enjoy the thoughtfully curated menu by Executive Chef Joachim Borenius.With many beautiful features surrounding the venue, the biggest is our Oyster Bar. This space is for oyster lovers to sit and enjoy our signature East33 oysters shucked by our experienced farmers. 5 of us went to lunch for my wifes birthday, the service was excellent as was our meals, Wharf St Distillery Restaurant is our go to place thanks to Tim and his staff.

We had a wonderful lunch at Sirenas on Friday. Atmosphere delightful food delicious and their luncheon special was a great deal. Would highly recommend..
