The TA Ranch offers farm to table, locally sourced, made from scratch dining. Honoring Johnson County Wyoming's ranching tradition, the TA specializes in steak and lamb entrees. The TA also offers chicken, seafood and burgers in a relaxed atmosphere. The TA menu offers something for everyone at every price point. Located on the historic site of the Johnson County Cattle War, the TA continues this tradition as a working cattle ranch today. At the TA, dine in an authentic ranch environment surrounded by the TA Grove of century old cotton wood trees. The TA Ranch was established in 1882 just south of Buffalo Wyoming and is the historic site of the Johnson County Cattle War. Today the TA is a working cattle ranch and a guest ranch (rooms available) with visitors from around the world. Dine in the historic cookhouse built in 1906 from hand hewn logs while looking on the stunning views that haven't changed since 1892.

The Just LeDoux It Saloon & Steak Out opened in August 2020 on Main Street in Sheridan, Wyoming. It converted a kitchen-less storefront into a unique western-style dining experience, honoring Chris LeDoux. The menu focused on prime grade steaks, handcrafted cocktails, and the Just LeDoux It line of spirits and wines. Operating a food trailer in winter proved challenging, leading to a move to the historic Bozeman Trail Inn in Big Horn, Wyoming in September 2021. The renovated building now features the original saloon's LED tree and neon sign, with an expanded outdoor patio serving as a premier live music pavilion. Quality is a priority, serving the highest quality meat, seafood, and ingredients in Sheridan. The restaurant exclusively offers USDA stamped Prime grade beef, which is cut by hand and by the ounce, per the customer's request, and serves lobster tail daily, including our deep-fried option.

We celebrated my husbands 65th birthday at Open Range Bar and Grill. We could not have chosen a better place, everything was perfect! Manny, our waiter was phenomenal, he helped to make our birthday celebration very special! The dinner was exceptional (rack of elk-see photo); in addition, the chef made the rounds to all the tables after each table finished, adding a nice touch. The ambiance of the dining room had a ton of ‘period’ character (see photo). The restaurant is located in the Sheridan inn from the late 1800s. The inn is beautifully restored and well maintained. Entire staff of hotel also very friendly. We will return again next year for the Sheridan leatherwork trade show. Open range will definitely be a part of that visit!! Thanks everyone:)

We love the TA ranch. The history, wildlife is stunning. Last night an owl was in the tree outside our window. Geese, pronghorn and deer. Two horses had foals with in last 2 weeks. Katie our waitress is the best. She has awesome personality. The kitchen is excellent. Go hungry portions are large.
