    We are local clients and bring visitors from Canada and overseas to Sunday Brunch at the Eldorado frequently. This time, however, was most disappointing and we found ourselves apologizing to our English guest. Only the desserts were good. The brunch food which should have been served hot was tepid at best. One dish with bacon and mozzarella was stuck together like glue and inedible. We ate indoors due to inclement weather and it was so noisy we could not sustain a conversation between ourselves. Both the food and service were underwhelming and fell very short of what we had come to rely on in the past.

    Food was well priced and tasted good. Our server wasn’t the friendliest though. The staff didn’t really make us feel welcome or appreciated which really changed the experience for us.

    Had a great experience!!! Kate was our first server, she was happy to accommodate us so that we moved to a quieter area of the dining room. A birthday gathering resulted with about 10+ loud patrons. Unfortunately, unavoidable for the restaurant. Our second server, Vincent, was entertaining and fabulous!!!

    We came for the mussles that we absolutely love, but the sauce was changed to red, spicy, chorizo sauce. We both don't eat spicy or pork. The server and the kitchen were so amazing, they made another portions for us with the white creamy sauce. They didn't make us feel stupid that we didn't pay attention to the ingridients (it's written in the menu, dah!) Amazing service! And amazing food. Love this place :)

    The El has been a favorite but new prices on menu are up way more than a bit. Silly expensive😒

    Outstanding. Great ambiance. Been there a dozen times. Christmas and Year’s as well. Beautiful spot on lake Okanagan.

    Restaurant was very busy therefore noise level was high. Menu has changed again so choices were less than usual. Food is always delicious though so an enjoyable experience

    My friend and I have a tradition of celebrating our birthdays at this restaurant and have done so for many years now. I was very disappointed in the food (fish overcooked, batter was like a rock) The service was lackluster and slow, much to my surprise as it has always been exemplary in the past. We may have to rethink attendng here again.

    (New) patio menu was limited and pricey - $65 for Steak Frites. There was an alternative dining room menu we weren’t aware of. Starter was cold and mains were disappointing, however staff and management were very attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. The menu was new so hopefully teething problems as it is a beautiful venue.
