The service was considerably underwhelming. The server often forgot about us, and we were seated in a section very far away from other people. We had to beg for bread and continuously ask for our sever to be sent over. All of the staff seem very elderly, which is a factor regarding the speed of service and level of attentiveness. I would not book here again, and certainly not for any special occasion.

We were celebrating a birthday at LA Prime. We began our celebration at the revolving lounge where our wonderful cocktail server named Dace served our drinks. Dace was charming, engaging and efficient. We then went up to LA Prime for our 6:00 reservation, where once again, our hostess, whose name I regrettably am unable to recall, greeted us with a smile and escorted us to our table. We were served our water and bread by a delightful young man Roberto. Roberto was attentive to our needs and checked on us regularly. Rafael was our dinner waiter. Again, Rafael was engaging and very attentive to our needs. He answered all questions we had about the menu and made recommendations. Our dinner was beautifully presented and delicious. The filet mignon was cooked exactly as requested and the salad and sides were perfect. To top the evening off, the restaurant came out with a large plate with a piece of mousse cake with a candle and a Happy Birthday written across the one side of the plate with his name in chocolate. It really closed the evening perfectly. If you have not eaten at LA Prime or had drinks at the Revolving Lounge at the Bonaventure, do yourself a favor and go and experience a wonderful time. Thank you to all who made this birthday celebration so enjoyable.

I celebrated my birthday dinner at this restaurant, and I must say, the experience was phenomenal! From the moment we walked in until we left, everything was exceptional. Although I can't remember our server's name, she provided outstanding service and made our evening memorable. This restaurant surpassed my expectations, especially since I don't usually dine at upscale places. I highly recommend it and commend the staff for their professionalism. Kudos to the management for fostering such a great team.

We were very exited to come here with the beautiful views and rave reviews on the steaks but we left after appetizers. Their beer selection was bottles only. They didn’t have simple ingredients like mint or Aperol that every bar in the world has. Their old fashion was terrible. The staff mentioned that management took off their 4 featured cocktails that were hit sellers. I believe if they expanded the bar options it would be a great place to go. The burata salad tasted plain and while the complimentary warm bread was nice the butter tasted like it came from the 99c store. The pork belly was dry which is hard to do with the high fat content. Sorely disappointed in a place we had high hopes for

This steak house offers amazing view, delicious food and outstanding customer service. We ordered the prime rib, NY Strip, Mashed potatoes, Brussel sprouts and the mac n cheese. It all did not disappoint! Everything was so tasty. The steaks are cooked more on the rare side, which was perfect! We will be coming back.
