I used to come here all the time, but the service and food quality became really bad. I ordered the $190 sushi set. The fish and the rice were not fresh. Everything looked premade. The server was not welcoming and it felt like we were treated as if we were dining at Denny’s. Very disappointing.

Sushi was the BEST sushi I had (and I’ve been to many sushi places!). Quiet restaurant at the edge of the Las Vegas strip but worth trying! If you’re a wine lover, you’ll have to split a bottle (no wine by the glass), but there are plenty of other options. Go for the food! A+!

Food was outstanding but server not so much. And we went there on Mothers Day with kids and not one person said happy Mother’s Day. Found that a little odd.

Hostess stand was very welcoming and kind, and we were seated very close to our reservation time. We then waited at the table for 15 minutes before the waitress that had walked by us a dozen times and was already interacting with those seated after us, acknowledged us apologetically. We received menus and were asked what type of water we wanted. Then more time passed and she rushed over to asked what we wanted to eat. We had questions about the menu so we asked those and feeling rushed ordered. We ordered 2 appetizers and 5 shared plates and then asked if we could also order drinks. This was the last time we spoke with the waitress before receiving our final bill. The initial food wait time was appropriate for getting our first appetizer. Unfortunately, about 2 minutes later all of our food came out. We come and pay for these restaurants for the experience and when all the food is delivered at once and sitting in front of you getting cold that is not the experience I want. Then, the waitress literally dropped off the drinks we ordered without any acknowledgement. We were not successful with the chopsticks and needed silverware to eat the rice, so we asked a passing server for those and we received 2 forks for the 3 of us. Then, we asked another server for more water. All while watching the waitress move to other tables with these resources. The food was delicious. Then the waitress came to the table with our bill in hand so dessert was not an option. Even with the poor service we tipped based on the other's that supported us. We love eating in Vegas and had too many wonderful experiences to let this one ruin our time, but sadly we will not go back to Kumi.

This was some of the best sushi we've had anywhere, hands down. Our server was very knowledgeable and helpful. We would have given 5 stars, but it took a really long time to get our desserts, the desserts were just fair, you couldn't order just a glass of sake - you had to order a whole bottle, and the salad was drenched with way too much dressing. If we would have just stuck with sushi, and no dessert, it would have been better.

Uni was very fresh and fantastic. I would have given it a 5 star but you could only get the sake in a large bottle. Not very good for a couple of 2.

I would have given it 5 stars except for the dessert. They only had dulce d leche as according to the waiter the ingredients to make their other desserts had not come in. This was very weird as we had not been to any restaurants where this had occurred since Covid ended. Their website had some great looking desserts and I had saved room for them lol. Anyway, everything was delicious. My favorite were the tuna tacos and the shogun roll.
