La comida estuvo regular y el Servicio también, deja mucho que desear por el precio, el local se ve descuidado, sólo basta mirar la pecera que tienen en la entrada para ver cómo va a estar todo

Food was good but the service was lacking. It was Mother’s Day and we were there from 3-430. It was not busy during the timeframe we were there.

The service and staff deserve 5 stars! Unfortunately, quality and taste of the meal does not justify the price. The steak was cooked as ordered, but served cold. Chicken breast was dry and bland. The fish and chips were fine.

19 for 3 small pancakes is very poor service. 135 dollars por the portion sizes is unacceptable.

Very nice venue, although the tables are a bit worn out. Food is great and service is excellent. But it has a great location and finding parking is not a hassle. Very nice ambience, I'll definitely be back for a special occasion.

I’ve been going to Kona for quite some time now. But last night was the worst experience I have ever had and had put the nail In the coffins for any future visits. I understand they get busy and there may be some delays, but we waited for two hours for our food. The waiter was super nice and accommodating and got the manager for us. The manager was visibly under a lot of stress but was unable to help make anything move any faster or alleviate any inconveniences.
