The food was great but, the service was below awful. It was not packed when we went however it took 20 minutes to get two drinks. When my wife ordered her glass of wine it took 10 min and it was brought in a champagne flute because, they didn’t have any clean wine glasses. Unfortunately we will not be returning to this location.

The gnats!!! OMG! There were gnats everywhere. Gnats in the food, gnats all over us. And they were relentless. Whack one and others move in! The food was passable but horrendously expensive. My steak seemed to have more fat than meat. Wife's meal was good she said. Three of us with entrees and one drink each had a bill $203.20. So, eh, I can think of better ways to spend $200.

Camoron was fantastic, he went above and beyond with his service made everything very easy. We were so blown away with the service and the menu, after driving a full hour we were starving. We will definitely be making this drive in the future.

Kona has a nice happy hour menu. Some things are delicious but I’d steer away from the sliders and meatballs. While edible, both seemed to be prepared ahead of time and weren’t that great. Very hard and over-cooked. The potstickers were amazing as were the fried chicken bites. We’ll come back for the burger though. It’s probably made to order and has got to be good. I’d suggest that they not precook anything as it isn’t good that way. Cook to order.

We’re a group a of teacher friends that enjoy getting together to celebrate each others birthdays, we always get great service by everyone! Big shoutout to the managers that come around and say hello and wish us well. Happy hour is our definite go to, everything is delicious! Hostess and servers accommodate our big group. It’s always a best time at Kona!

Unfortunately I didn’t eat today, but the HOST was very friendly and management was very helpful. Thank you for a lovely evening in spite of the change in plans after seated.

Kona is still a good option but not a great option. Food is tasty but I feel is overpriced along with the drinks being extremely expensive. I know the rent at North Park is high but Kona should up their game if they continue to charge the high prices.

DONT DO IT! Where to start. I love going to north park, it’s always nice to end it with a nice sit down restaurant. But I always regret coming here. And I always say to my GF, “we’re never coming back here” but literally it’s the only place in the mall. Any ways. SERVICE: is nice. 3/5 FOOD: BAD 1/5 .. I ordered the biggest steak they had which was a 12 oz ribeye, medium rare with mash potatoes. This was 60 dollars. The steak was about as small as an 8 oz and the worst cut of ribeye ever. Super fatty and just really not enjoyable, it comes with a stick of freaking butter that they decided that they will not melt for you. The mash potatoes OMG TAKE IT OFF THE MENU!! It sucks it’s literally box mash potatoes and it’s trash it sucks. The only decent side they have is Mac and cheese oh and IT WAS SOLD OUT THE LAST 2 visits! I would’ve gave this all a pass if it was my first time. The problem is it is consistently bad. And people that say “well it’s not a steak house it’s for seafood blah blah” it doesn’t matter. Take pride in the restaurant and hire cooks that can cook. If you made it this far, don’t eat here

Hated my experience waited 2hours for food had a reservation at 8:45pm and still waited 20 minutes to be seated. I will not be back

We had a lovely Valentine’s Day lunch . I was given a long stem rose as we were seated which was really nice. We ordered their Edamame with the angry sauce on the side. Glad we chose that option because it was quite spicy, but good. We ordered the perfect pair 6 oz filet and lobster with grilled asparagus which was absolutely delicious! The steak was tender and juicy. We also ordered the chocolate lava cake w/ vanilla ice cream which was the perfect ending to a romantic meal.

Everything seemed dirty and not clean. I got spicy tuna roll and it was very cold and rice were old and not cooked all the way. Sweet potato fries were all tiny tiny pieces like they gave us what was left on the bottom of the fryer. Had to wait 5 mins just to get soy sauce. Would not go back to that location again because it just didn’t seem clean at all.

The food and experience dining here was just okay. There was nothing exceptional. The typical short staffing post pandemic experience was definitely felt, but the waitress was attentive and professional. The cleanliness of this restaurant is concerning. The restroom floors were sticky and dirty overall. Towards the end of our dinner, we noticed a small brown bug crawling on the table, and we paid and left. We were in the dining area, not outdoors! Yuck.

It was the most expensive meal I’ve had in a long time and the prime rib wasn’t delicious. The other adult entrees in our party were also disappointing. My daughter loved her bento kids meal though. The bathroom floor was flooded.

Server spent more time on her phone than at our table. Food is horribly overpriced. $15 California roll with 5 pieces is highway robbery. Wasted $140 on dinner for 3.

We had a reservation for 8:00pm we were seated about 8:30ish. The waitress was missing for long periods of time. My order was not put in with the rest of the orders for some reason. Everyone else was done eating and we were about to leave before I received my food. although the food was good, it’s way overpriced.
