I was very disappointed. It was our daughter’s college graduation. We were told to go upstairs and then we were told we needed a ticket. I went back downstairs and they said they would sort it. During dinner our drinks were not refilled, our appetizer plates were never taken away, and we had to waive someone down to place our entree order. We shared presents and then they left while I paid. Our waiter said he had treats for the graduate. Too late. Very disappointing all around.

Rice was very hard! Waiter stated the manager would come by our table to discuss and never did. Waiter was nice but manager was not very professional l.

We went on a fairly busy day so i don’t mind the wait, we were seated pretty quickly but it took us an hour and 15 minutes to even get our starter salads. they were efficient with the drinks and our waitress was wonderful about it all but the service and food was not worth the $225

I was sadly disappointed with my last visit. We have eaten by the fish tank three times, restrooms once, server food isle once, outdoor lower patio twice, outdoor upper bar patio twice, and high tops once. The first warning sign was there were no prices on the webpage. Since it was Mother’s Day, I figured I would go for it. The next warning sign was when we were seated. We were seated on time according to the reservations but when we were taken to the table, the seats were still pulled out, the last receipt was still on the table and the table was not set up with napkins/utensils. Keep in mind the table was next to the front door where the hostess stand had clear view, but we were still seated. Once we were handed the menu, I knew why the prices were not posted on the webpage and said, “I guess I am not having alcohol tonight.” In my opinion, it seems the price went up 15%-20%. The average meal was in the $40 dollar range, and this was not the Mother’s Day special of $54. I had the ribeye for $42, the wife had sea bass for $44 and the daughter had sushi for $15/$20. While the food tasted fine, it was not worth the price point we were paying. I can get a better ribeye at Texas Roadhouse where I get 2 sides and rolls. I can get better tasting sushi and for a better price at Miyako. I am not the type of person that will complain to the restaurant for what they are charging. It is their business decision. I just will not return.

Cold soup, lukewarm food, and very slow service in a half-empty restaurant (Mother's Day dinner time). Poor management, ignoring waiting customer at front desk; and food was just OK, unimpressive. Do you think the customers should have to ask for knives and forks, even a lousy napkin? No water offered, and of course no bread. Place needs complete overhaul from management on down. Weak overall.
