Definitely gone downhill of late. Side dish was WELL overcooked, portions smaller than previous, and it really seems like their prices have gone up. Used to be relatively good, really good even, but this last visit was a huge (expensive!) disappointment.

Live Kona- just the prices now make it now- only a very special occasion place. No longer- hey, let’s go have drinks and appetizers. Sad to miss out

Would not recommend. Food was average at best. We barely saw our server. Asked for soy sauce for my Poke Bowl and never received it. Hardly any tuna in my Poke bowl.

I found the rib eye steak to be a of a lower quality than similar priced restaurants. It was over priced and a best OK. Firebirds would have been a better choice. My wife enjoyed the sliders and sweet potato fries. The server was great. We will limit our future visits to happy hour, as this was the second less than great experiences.

Food was bland. Very slow service. Even with it being empty. Prices were high for the value.

Food was good, drinks were good, service was extremely bad. Server Olivia was clueless, dismissive, ghosted us for a very long time and could not get anything right. This server could not answer any questions about menu items and unapologetically took no initiative to ask another server or manager. This server did not know how to split bill. This server should be trained and needs monitored. Restaurant is upscale, expensive but good. I would expect service to be equally good. This server would be better off at a Waffle House. Not an attempt to be flip l, this server ruined the evening.

We were able to sit outside on a Friday evening… The ambience was exceptional. We loved the music that was playing in the background… The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Our server, Ben B.,was exceptional! We were so grateful for his attentiveness and attention to detail… He was very friendly and fun! He knew the menu and he knew wine selections… Even after we paid the bill, he continued to make sure that we were taken care of. He filled our coffees and continued to ask if we needed anything further… he made our experience outstanding!
