Loved the food and ambiance but the service was basic, nothing exciting. Came to just fill up waters and give food. Wasn't anything special. But the food was 10/10

Second visit with our neighbors who have never been to Kona. Food was good, not sure why service was so slow when it came to drinks and desert! Floor was not busy, but our food came before our drinks and we put our drinks in early! Waitress didn’t check in on us much, which would have helped. Not sure we will be back again.

Excellent service is good food clean restaurant, friendly atmosphere. The server was very courteous and kept on asking us if we needed anything he did all our refills. We did not have to wait for anything.

We have had numerous issues with getting Konavore Rewards. Last time we spoke to the Manager who said he’d ensure we got our points for this visit AND he’d look into a previous missing point submission for us. I emailed him directly with the missing receipt and information. To date I’ve never heard back from the Manager, I’ve never received my points for current dining and I’ve never heard back from Kona HQs after numerous contact attempts. We were regular diners, at least twice a month, but this ridiculous situation and lack of response has changed where we spend our dining dollars.

The service was dismal after our food was delivered. Server checked in when food arrived then never came back. We had to walk towards hostess stand before finding him so we could pay our bill. They have small iPad devices on the table to “call your server” or “pay your bill”, but none of these features worked. We won’t be back.

Kona Grill was amazing. The best food I’ve had in Vegas and the service was a 10/10. We celebrated my sisters bday and the menu had something for everyone. My nephew got the kids meal menu and wanted everything on it. The sliders are a must.

We went for Happy Hour. The selection and pricing were very reasonable. The sliders and fries were great and we enjoyed the avocado egg rolls. The chicken/shrimp lettuce wraps had too many carrots and I didn’t care for the sauce. Service was good too. We’ll be back.

Usually this place is really good. I went to meet girlfriends it happened to be during happy hour so I decided to order off the menu. I had a sparkling Saki drink that was more ice than drink ordered the surf and turf happy hour. The meat was fatty and overcooked, and the shrimp were cooked beyond. You couldn’t even eat them, the edamame was good but you could tell it was a lot of sprinkle pepper rather than a smooth hot sauce. It had been a while since I was here. I’ll probably give it another try and order something cheaper on the menu.

Went to dinner for my golden anniversary. The staff were so AMAZING! The food was AMAZING and it was a good time. We were even given complimentary bubbly. First time trying this place out and I can’t wait to try more of what’s on the menu!

The happy hour menu needs to be expanded. The prices are expensive and portions small. In this Biden economy people can barely afford to go out to dine, make your experience a pleasant surprise!

I came here with a group of about 15 of us for a business meal. Brandon took care of us and did a good job making sure everyone had what they needed. I ordered a raspberry Mojito and the Bama roll off the happy hour menu, and they were both pretty good. My bill was only about $30 after tip and tax. Overall, this experience was as hoped. Thank you!
