    The hostess was so friendly and welcoming and also our server Kimberly. I ordered the Lobster tails. They were tasty but a bit chewy. Probably wouldn’t spend that much on that entree next time. Overall, everything was wonderful.

    We received two wrong dishes but the waiter was there to fix it. The wine he recommended was horrible. Ambiance was very nice and noise level was good for my seven person party could hear each other.

    The food and service were outstanding. The coconut shrimp was crunchy and yummy. The crème brûlée had a delicious texture and taste. We were there before a show at the Ordway and they made sure we were on time for our show.

    Our server Shannon was not knowledgeable enough about the food. We ordered a molten cake for dessert she said it is fabulous. It came to the table cold, asked if this is normal she said she didn’t know because she can’t eat it. Shannon kept trying to clear away the plates while we were still eating. The food was good, it just felt the waitress didn’t have her head in the game.

    Host was extremely pleasant and accommodating. So was the server. Two (2) in our party got hamburger patties for lunch. They were better off being labeled charcoal briquettes. One was supposed to be without cheese (due to dairy allergy), but the cook added cheese to held it together so that it would not crumble when it was on the plate. Could / should have been much better.

    My first visit to Kincaid and it will not be the last. It was a great dining experience.

    Food wasn't that good for the price. Most of the thing we ordered were really salty and over season. Food quality is like chain restaurant but they charge fine dining prices. For $60 steak it taste like something you can get at a chain place. Definitely was not impressed. Usually I always have good experiences at steak houses but this one wasn't it.

    I don’t think we’ll be returning to this downtown St. Paul location, parking was $20.00 because of an event which we had to pay even though we weren’t attending the event.

    We were a group of 12 headed to the Ordway to see Come From Away and we had dinner at Kincaids in St. Paul. Our server was excellent…very attentive as well as helpful with menu choices. Food was great. Choices included prime rib, crab & shrimp pasta, salmon, filet,… We had an awesome time and just a short walk to the Ordway.

    Everything was absolute perfection. Couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience and I’m very picky. The best!!!!
