Went here to celebrate graduations for two teens, service of the entry’s was a bit slow but not such a big deal, the problem that was a bit unfortunate was we all received cold, not Luke warm but cold mashed potatoes the manager was very apologetic and comped us free dessert but… as the saying goes too little too late. My family and I have dined here on multiple occasions over the years and it has always been above average Definitely going back but bruh….SMH…🤦‍♂️

An absolute amazing dining experience from excellent service to some of the best tasting food I’ve ever had! Charity, Andrew and Al the bartender were some of the nicest humans. I will always visit Kincaids when I come to visit.

Had a reservation for 2 @8pm, arrived 7 minutes before yet had to wait 10 minutes to be seated. We were the only ones sitting there waiting for a table so they weren’t busy. Service at our table was very slow even though they were completely busy, took 20 minutes to get drinks, 45 minutes to get starting salads and they were mediocre. For dinner we had ribeye and Chilean Sea Bass for entrees which were very good, also the cocktails were good. Overall the food was good but the service wasn’t.

I have been going here for many years and I was very disappointed in the service. The food was very good, the black cod was cooked as I ordered it, not overdone, and the scallops were excellent. We arrived early and it was quiet, but before we left it was crowded and noisy. I'm not sure if the kitchen was slow or the server was spread too thin, but it took too long for each course.

The food is pretty good but not amazing for the price. The location can't be beat though and that makes up for the average food. I was dissappointed that our waitperson was pushing the landry's membership pretty hard. I said no twice but then she said it cost $25 and I would be getting that reward back "tonight". Since our bill was over $300 it made sense that I might get the rewards points back on the same meal so I said yes. Then I found out that was not the truth.....I got a reward to use at a later time. That whole thing kind of soured my experience. I'm not even sure why a fee based rewards program is necessary and it reminds you that you are in a chain restaurant.

Very good food. We stuck with seafood, but everything was good. Drinks were made to perfection. The view is great!

We loved the location and the restaurant’s ambiance, but the food was not that great. No one loved their meal, which is disappointing because we were celebrating a graduation.

The food was excellent. We got to sit in our favorite booth. The background music was fun. This place is unbeatable. For dessert I had an espresso martini with Bacardi Superior rum instead of vodka. It is wonderful to eat at a place that has an espresso machine. (Note that the nearby Bluewater Grill does not have an espresso machine.)
